“Our reservation was October 23rd. I called because we were arriving late. The manager said it would be no problem. Upon arrival, I had neglected to ask for ground level room, but he was so kind to place us due to a cancelation. Great customer service. Our room was clean and comfortable. If you are looking for a new property this is not for you. But if you want service, a clean room, and comfort look no further. We well stay here again!”
