“The Best Western Hotel Regina Elena boasts a fantastic location with beautiful ocean views, but don't let that distract you from its shortcomings. Contrary to its online persona, our room was nothing like what was advertised. The property certainly has historical charm, but it feels outdated rather than nostalgically appealing. You can see attempts have been made to modernize, but they seem half-hearted—pedestal sinks with no counter space in the bathrooms, linoleum flooring, and awkward room configurations that resemble walk-in closets more than luxury suites. The roof deck swimming pool is a nice touch, but the lack of amenities like umbrellas and convenient towel service are glaring omissions. Be prepared to shell out an extra 50 euros for beach chairs, and don't expect a four-star dining experience by the beach either. In summary, if you're choosing this hotel for its location and ocean views, you won't be disappointed. Just be cautious about your expectations for luxury and service, as this hotel falls short of its 4-star claims.”

“From the lifeguards at the beach who picked up my towel when it had fallen on the ground and kept an eye out for a better placed lounger to become available so I wouldn't get burned, to the housekeepers, bar staff, doorman and front desk staff, everyone was incredibly charming, thoughtful and polite. I had a wonderful stay here in the summer and didn't want to leave! The setting is of course beautiful, very well maintained grounds and building. The only downside I can think of was the occasional vulgar behaviour of a minority of the other guests, but that can't be helped by the hotel themselves, who don't get to chose their clientele! Definitely worth booking if you're searching for that old-world italia/belle epoque 5-star experience. I can't wait to come back!”

“Absolutely loved it here! Happened by chance as it was a last minute decision to make a trip to the sea and there weren't many options left... but the location was great, and accommodations were all we needed. Note, bring bedding and towels- it's more of an empty shell for longer rentals but it was great AND they have a restaurant right there on sight if you don't want to make the trek down the hill. The food is tasty and staff very friendly. Would come back here for sure!”

“We had a wonderful time at the Real Park Hotel and thanks to a lovely service and atmosphere we came back home very relaxed and happy. Thank you for everything. The place definitely exceeded our expectiations. We were expecting an average service in this 3 star hotel but we were veeery surprised that everything was much better than expected. I never go for included meals as I normally prefer to explore restaurants around BUT this time we did. So we had breakfast and dinner at the hotel. We were pleasantly surprised how wonderful the food was. Everything seemed homemade and was really delicious and there were such huge portions. We couldn't move any more after finishing the dinner. So much food! and so worth it! Next time I will also prebook WITH the meals. They have a lovely variety for dinner. You can choose one out of three suggested courses from primo piatto, then one out of three from secondo piatto, there are also side dishes and salad buffet, AND dessert too. Besides, even if you choose only one option they let us try the others too! Amazing! Kind and smiley staff is a great bonus! :))) Mara is the best! So friendly and entertaining.
