“We stayed there for a day. The rooms were good, spacious and clean. The service was very good as owner himself is looking after it. We felt at home. Food was good and healthy, though variety was not there as it was home cooked. Parking is bit of a problem, but in hill stations you should expect that. Overall it was good experience. I would prefer to stay there if I go again.”

“I recently stayed at Lumino Highrange. I was extremely disappointed with my experience, as it was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. They charged me a significant amount for a small room, but due to exhaustion and limited availability, I had no choice but to accept it. The room and bathroom were extremely small and not very clean. The bedsheets and towels in the bathroom were old and not properly maintained. Considering the price I paid, it was definitely not worth it. They overcharged me by at least ten times. The location, however, was good. The non-Malayali staff members were really kind and helpful, but the Malayali staff members were a bit arrogant and displayed attitude.”

“Except for the view, don't expect too much. I personally did not like the food. So I visited Eden woods for dinner and really liked the way the food was served in Eden woods. Trust me, they have greater rooms and services than karma. Room #305 bathroom in karma was not ventilated properly. It's okaish if you are spending most of the day outside than in the room.”

“We stayed there in last December, the location is good with near by attractions like bramaram view point, fruit farms etc. We went out for a small walk in night (in the cold weather with temperature below 17 degrees), it was indeed a good decision. But honestly the stay at Ministers Mansion disappointed us!! 1. First of all, the room we check in and the photos they sent before booking was entirely different. 2. A very old cottage with less/ no maintenance 3. It was hard for us to have dinner from cafeteria with a restless 2 year old running all around. So we requested to serve food in room, but they only did this after one or two rounds of followups nearly at 10pm, of course they missed items. Kids got hungry and inquiring food (after a long travel from Kochi to Kanthalloor), this is not acceptable at all! The food is preparing somewhere outside the resort, we need to amend the initially shared options based on their availability. 4. Staffs are good but the over all management is poor. 5. Very limited options in breakfast, not suitable for toddlers. If we have any additional request like an egg for the kid, we need to follow up them to even get a reply this is not available. We were forced to find an alternative breakfast option for the kids. 6. Evening tea and snacks are chargeable (a good amount). For people, who is familiar with the complimentary snacks in other resorts, this might feel a bit strange. 7. No hot water facility This is what we experience during the stay with 2 kids, not upto the expectations comparing the amount charged!”
