“Loved my stay at this resort! The location is absolutely gorgeous! The room was clean and cozy, with a fantastic view of the Gulf. The condo was well decorated but could use some updating mostly for aesthetic purposes. The pool was super clean and well maintained. The parking is a little tricky but very convenient as well. Overall I'm very pleased and will return.”

There’s so much to do and the bay view rooms have gorgeous views. Plus the beds and pillows are so comfortable!! Just a short walk away and you have Baytowne shops and restaurants. We always come back to this place when we’re in the area. It never disappoints!”

“Stayed here with family for an entire week in the middle of July and had an amazing time. I forget who we booked the room through, but we had an exceptional one. Two rooms, spacious living room, and 2.5 baths was just right for the 6 of us, and it had very well updated appliances, kitchen, and showers that were gorgeous. The place was very clean, the AC was working great and keeping us cool after hot beach days. The place had tennis courts, grills, a few pools, and multiple direct beach accesses. Tons of parking spaces, and a few loading docks for all of our luggage was convenient. Our room also had a balcony on each side, which was very relaxing. I understand that your experience may depend on your room, and who you book it with, but we had basically no complaints and did not want to leave. We will be back soon!”

“We stayed here September 16-23, 2023 in unit 302 the first evening we discovered several roaches in the kitchen, crawling on the countertops and cabinets when I attempted to make dinner. I contacted management we were assured they would try and move us as soon as another unit was available and was offered a refund on half the rent and the cleaning deposit. We were offered another unit several days later 205 which had roaches as well, again notified management. Our vacation was ruined, stayed out of the condo except to shower and sleep, kitchen was unusable after I had spent $230 on groceries I had to throw out. They did send an exterminator on the 3rd day which only made the activity worse. I ended up bringing one home with me in my stuff. I was only ever refunded $302 out of almost $2400 I paid for the week. Property manager Cathy offered me the refund I never asked for one but she didn’t honor her word. I will never stay here again. Another manager Debbie that accompanied the exterminator acted like it was no big deal only a few roaches, one is too many in my opinion. I wrote a review but Vacasa refuses to post it. My family and I have stayed here for years and this used to be a nice place to stay but apparently now it’s literally a roach motel! I have plenty of pictures and videos for proof. I love the location and the beach but they have a real issue here.”

“Upside, close to one of the best sections of beach. Downside there is no sound insulation between floors, you can hear every footstep from the apartment above. The condo complex is maintained but it is dated. We stayed at building 11 this is the farthest building away from the beach. Not really a long walk, unless you're carrying all the usual beach peripherals. But the one thing you can't overlook is the noise from appartments above.”

“The best part about this place is amount of space in the condo…plenty of room for a family of 5. However just about everything else made The Pointe far from worth the money. One trash bag, one roll of paper towels, only 2 chairs per unit (when told first come first serve), and 2 beach towels available per unit each day all for a family 5 people. The Pointe online looks very resort-like, but not much about it mimicked the accommodations of a resort. Plan to have your own chairs, towels, and lodging supplies during your stay. At that point it would be much more worth your money to rent a house in the Rosemary private neighborhood.”

“I would give this company a negative rating if they offered it. This is not a luxury rental company, I have dealt with some amazing luxury rental companies, this was not one. I would expect the Hope Cottage and Carriage House at $32,000.00 a week to have an AC system that worked in August. It did not it ruined our vacation. Upon disputing the charge with American Express, I discovered by this company's own statement that they knew there was a problem with the AC weeks before we arrived. I will never use this company again.”
