“Very happy with our experience a Whitsunday Sands Resort. Our room was clean, with a beautiful ocean view. Location is unbeatable. It is 2-min away (walking) of Horseshoe Bay and a very nice cafe. Also a nice number of walking trails if you like hiking.Janet and John were polite, responsive and provided good tips to have a nice experience. Service is OK, location is top notch, should have some food facilities at the motel. You have to either coom your own or drive to take aways which is not always feasible on holidays.”

“WOW...where do I begin? We stayed at the magnificent Club Wyndham 2 weeks ago where they hosted my daughters wedding. We had 35 guests and staff and Management were absolutely sensational, incredible service and hospitality. It really is a long time since we have experienced such high standards. Accommodation spacious and comfortable, views over the bay stunning and food perfect. Highly recommended.”

“Enjoyed a one night stay. Very quiet and clean self contained unit with a beautifully made bed with lots of pillows. A friendly note on the door at reception was left inviting me to let myself into my unit. I found the Bush Village very convenient. A short walk up the road to Banjo’s Bar for a nice dinner with live, not too load music. Had a yummy breakfast at Lumos Cafe close by in the Coles shopping centre. Then Whitsunday Transit picked me up at the bus stop outside the Bush Village for the trip to Proserpine Airport. Overall great value for money.”

“Had a great time here! Stayed just one night, arrived after hours, so phoned ahead to let reception know. They advised they would pop a key in a safe box for us and text us the pin number, which they did. Super smooth check in. The room was fine, and the overall layout and feel of the place was great! Excellent location, right across the street from the lagoon. The friendly reception staff were happy to mind our bags for a few hours after we checked out. Highly recommend this place 😊”

“Really nice hostel, reception staff especially could not do enough for us and were super kind during our stay. There's hammocks and an outdoor gym which we loved! You're slightly outside of airlie centre, but very close to the greyhound stop, and we found that we didn't mind being slightly outside as it meant our hostel was always quiet and calm. The only thing that spoilt my stay was one of the staff members (Claire) coming into my room at 3am to have extremely loud sex which kept me awake for quite a while. I found this very disrespectful and mostly I wish she'd gone to her own room! Felt like I couldn't complain as she seems to be a fairly important staff member and it was certainly very weird to see her cleaning the kitchen the next morning! Apart from this we had a great stay, it was just quite unlucky.”
