“Lovely clean Hotel with friendly Staff. We stayed 3 nights and used the Spa facilities. The Jacuzzi and Sauna are particularly nice. Food-wise the prices are average, but the food we had was better than the 3 Stars would suggest. Skiing lift is a short drive away and you can even walk it if you wish. It's also very close to a local shop Zapka and Petrol Station.”

“The room interior is not something that is on their photos: no carpet, tasteless interior ginger furniture, curtains are dirty and not blackout. Staff are very very very friendly and polite, except the lady on the reception with 90s makeup. The territory is gorgeous: geeeeeen, with lots of flowers, citrus trees. The bed mattress is comfortable and big (180 cm width), clean and fresh linens. Would be great if the hotel be eco: please get rid from one-time plastic bottles and soap bars - integrate refill dispensers for liquid products. The breakfast: minimum amount of coocked dishes, but quite good coffee.”

“A beautiful modern hotel with a newly equipped room. Everything always clean and tidy. I really appreciate the opening hours of the gym - 24 hours a day, and the playroom for children from 8 to 9. I would only complain about two things: 1) the heating in the room, which only turns on when you move, so you always return to the cold, which isn’t very pleasant at the end of October. 2) The capacity of the hotel does not fully correspond to the capacity of the pool and restaurant. The pool is very beautiful, but it is always crowded. The same in the restaurant, where despite the relatively long time interval for breakfast and dinner, there often isn’t place to sit down and, above all, the staff does not have time to replenish either the food or the clean dishes. Also, be prepared for high prices at the bar, cocktails from 28 to 38 zł, soft drinks around 20 zł, beer too, small dessert 20-25 zł.”

“We celebrated the New Year here (House N7). The place is really perfect. The wooden house was not very big, but had enough space for us (7 people) to relax alone without disturbing each other, or to make activities together. The house is very warm and has adjustable heating system. Perfect that the house has 2 toilets. The shower is clean and works good. The kitchen has a lot of dishes, big fridge and freezer, modern stove top, microwave oven, big sink, and what is the most important - dishwasher! I was missing the baking oven sometimes, but actually it is not that much needed. The house has a big terrace with a table and benches, I could guess how perfect would be to sit there in summer. Also the house has a grill oven (outside, next to the terrace), where you have to burn wood and coal and then grill meat/ fish/ vegetables on the grill grate. We liked it very mich (the only problem was that it was difficult to find coal in the shops). Even thought you have a feeling that you live far away from the city, you can reach the town (Szklarska Poręba) easily on foot. The town is small, but there you can find supermarkets, shops, cafes ets. And you can see the beautiful mountain scenery. Close is located the place where you can go skiing and sledding (we haven't done it, but I guess it could be a lot of fun). The hosts are very friendly and ready to help if you need something (i.e. an iron). I would recommend this place to everybody!”

“The place has attractions such as a swimming pool, a billiard table (each game costs 2PLN), a ping pong table and a foosball table. The rooms have bathrooms and TVs. Unfortunately, the resolution of the TV in my room was a bit stretched out, and the window blinds were broken. Breakfasts and dinners were eatable.”

“Nice option overall,short distance to the main street in town with restaurants etc. Although it is 4* as there is No cleaning service in the room (unless you request), no change of towels and the parking is at extra cost of steep 40plnn/day.”

“Hotel is pretty nice, rooms are modern with a lot of space and balcony, wellness has two pools, jacuzzi and sauna, so everything is good but I don't want to recommend the restaurant here, food wasn't good at all, waitress can't speak english and didn't offer anything to us. I had to ask her if I can order a beer, expected cold beer as a standard but beer has room temperature. Waiting time 40 minutes for a soup is a bit too much and the restaurant was empty, no people here so I don't want to imagine how long it would last if there were other people. Soup and the main course came at the same moment so it's uncomfortable. Restaurant isn't good, you can find better choices around but hotel and SPA is okay for the price.”
