“**POSITIVE** //LOCATION// The location is very suitable for a pool and beach, the weather was also very nice as it was not too hot or cold. //VIEW// It was very nice. **NEGATIVE** //JUMPING PILLOW// I didn't know that you had to be dry to go on the jumping pillow, I couldn't tell because the sign was very dull and had no paint on it. Should be updated in the future. //OTHER KIDS// The other kids here were very rude to my kids, calling my son a "ginger" The staff should put up a sign of they're expectations for children that go here because that was completely unacceptable. //ROOMS// The beds were extremely uncomfortable and dirty and the cleaners had put no effort into cleaning them properly. The sliding door to the main room didn't lock properly, staff were unaware of this and should pay more attention to this. Same thing for the door to the kids room.”

“This place was absolutely stunning. We stayed on the top floor that had a spa and enjoyed it thoroughly. Value for money this place can't be beaten. You can hear the crashing of the waves from your room and the breeze going through is refreshing. Rooms are clean, air-conditioning works well and the balcony is a good place to relax and unwind. The only issue we had was that the bed was not comfortable. It may have been a combination of the bed and pillows but we had very little sleep during our two night stay. It would have been absolutely perfect otherwise. We left feeling great about the visit but pretty exhausted that we couldn't sleep. Look forward to another visit one day.”

“Was trying to find the bins and got yelled at because I drove up the wrong road where equipment was but had no clue as it was dark and there was no signage than continued to follow us around the rest of our trip with golf buggy’s. WORST service ever would not ever be going back and will not recommend it to everyone save your money !!!!”

“The room itself was very lovely: quiet, spacious, comfortable beds. There was plenty of parking. I found the service just not quite what I would expect for having paid what we did. No towels on arrival and no answer to phone call to reception. They were happily provided and reasonably promptly. There was no room clean and so the used crockery (cups) was not replenished. Again requested that - again happily provided but with dinner plates (?!) and no tea cups. Back to reception to sort that. On our last night we arrived back to find that the absence of a room replenish that day also meant we had no toilet paper. And of course reception is closed and I dare not ring the after hours number as it is $50 if not deemed an emergency. It is lucky I have an “emergency” toilet roll in the car. All in all, I felt like a squeaky wheel asking several times for things that I would have thought would be anticipated and provided with thought and care, especially for the price paid. The care factor just wasn’t there.”

“Literally had NO idea what WONDERS I was stepping into by booking a room here! It was like a magical dream! The resort architecture is crazy beautiful and the local restaurants and stores are fantastic. I booked the deluxe spa room and enjoyed the big spa at a great price. Check in was 2pm and very easy to find with the signs and the gentleman was lovely and charming, a perfect start. Loved the balcony views and the walking view to each room. Highly recommend going to the farmers market downstairs on the weekend for cheap fruit and veg, and the cinema is gorgeous too.”

“I met the new owners Mark and El, they are lovely people. The room was nice and clean. I went for a swim in the pool which was nice. I went to the beach and it was kinda rough but i had fun. Had a Copa Mega burger at the cafe. Its a nice hotel and location and community.”
