“We had a fabulous stay at Tenuta Mara Relais. From the warm personal welcome by Amanda to the friendly and superb service by all the staff, we were sad to leave! This really is a beautifully place to stay. Our room was luxurious and nothing was too much trouble. We had a fantastic tour of the winery and vineyard and the art collection has to be seen.. simply stunning! The only feedback for change would be that they expand their food service, as only breakfast was available and a lovely lunch on the day of the wine tour. The food was excellent and we would have liked to eat each evening in the restaurant and stay at the Relais. I can highly recommend Tenuta to anyone who enjoys amazing countryside views, stunning art and fine wine!”

“First of all, thank you for the great stay. Very nice owners, excellent team at reception and dining. Cleaners did their best. Communication was not a problem at all, don`t get worried if you are not Italian. 1. The hotel: room are very clean, towels are changed every day; hair dryer in the shower room, shampoo and spoon is included. Much attention is paid to sanitation. 2. The kitchen: excellent food. For the dinner and supper: Salads are served at the separate table + you get starter + you choose 2 second dishes from six offered (all very tasty!!!) + home wine, water, orangeade or coke is always on your table + fruits and cakes. Breakfast is fantastic - they serve the best croissants we have ever eaten. We`ve put on 4 kilos, but could not resist to taste everything they offered. We were lucky to have Liza and Luciano, who spoke English and a little Hungarian with us. 3. The beach: it is #85, 2 min walk, just across the main road, clean, spacious, very attentive beach team. 4. Parking - secured, 100 meters from the hotel . 5. Transportation - 100 meters bus stop to Rimini city center. + Bus stop for free shuttle bus to Le Befane shopping center, + Bus stop for the free shuttle bus to Bologna outlet + Bus stop for the bus to San Marino. We did it all with absolutely no problems. Thank You so much. It was our second stay and we`ll be definitely back. We recommended to our friends and family members. They are very excited to come to the City Hotel Rimini with us next time.”

“3 nights stay. Economy room is very economical but big enough to sleep, get changed and use the bathroom. Nicely refurbished, modern look. Clean. Although it is a family hotel, it was quiet. Good proximity to the beach. Not easy to park - you have to be lucky. Breakfast is ok. Maybe it was me not traveling with family but not all the staff was very friendly. All in all, ok for the price.”

“It's already the second year that I've been going to this hotel in Bellaria... the children are treated very well, they have fun and enjoy a thousand possibilities and distractions. The staff, from Paolo to all his collaborators, are extremely kind and attentive, right from the moment of booking. Excellent restaurant service... the food is very good, the restaurant staff is excellent, polite, attentive and very nice to the children. Snack and drinks always available, and that's no small feat... Sunbeds and umbrella included in a well-kept bathroom with very friendly staff I highly recommend it especially to those with small children. The only criticism, which I hope will be taken as constructive, is on the rooms...obviously that's my opinion! A little dated and with some difficulties for the shower... obviously this does not affect my 5 star rating”

“Nice value hotel by the seaside, clean rooms and friendly staff. The breakfast service was quite good with a decently vast selection of food and drinks to choose from. The rooms, albeit a bit small, were well kept and clean, although I have my doubts about the utility of a safe which can barely fit a smartphone. My main complaint is with the bathroom, I am sorry but having a shower with no separation whatsoever, not even a curtain, would be bad enough if it had been in an angle of the bathroom, but placing it in the middle makes it impossible to use the bathroom after someone showers. Especially if the shower drain doesn't work, which the staff were quick to fix but still resulted in taking showers without being able to use the bathroom for hours after.”
