“Great location with friendly staff. On site restaurant is a real gem, with the pizza being the star of the show. Other dishes are good too, but I do like pizza done properly, and here, you won’t be disappointed. Good value for money. We had a lakeside pitch which was excellent. Local amenities are also good, with good value pedalo rental within 5 minutes walk. The supermarket close by is well stocked and mostly good value for money. The pitches are reasonably sized but care is required to ensure that you don’t creep beyond the defined boundaries. This is policed quite effectively, but could probably be better explained to newcomers in order to avoid any potential misunderstandings. Manoeuvring a caravan to your allocated pitch can be challenging but people are generally very accommodating in moving their inflatables, sun loungers etc in order to help. All in all, a superb site. Would happily return in the future.”

“Location is quite far out and you have to rely on the shuttle or cycle or scooter hire . Rooms were adequate, bedside lamp didn't work .they gave you dressing gowns and slippers which was nice .gym and sauna and indoor pool were good .food was really amazing some of the best we have had .The only main negative was a lot of German and Dutch , no nearby shops and don't make the mistake of walking back up the hill from torbole .”

“Wow! 10/10 for this place. Outstanding service and breathtaking views. You can tell Lucia and Igor have put their hearts and souls into their business (which is also their home). The decor is chic yet cozy and compliments the views of the lake and mountains. Be sure to use the steam room, sauna and cold rinse facilities in the Wellness Centre. The bed is firm and large. The breakfast was a fine selection of fruit, pastries, eggs, meat, granola, yogurt, bread, house-made jams, honey, nuts, fresh juice and of course cafe. They accommodated my dietary restrictions too. We didn't have dinner there, but it smelled delicious. It's well worth the two night stay.”

“I've been to this hotel twice and enjoyed every single time with other families with kids. It delivers what you expect for a standard (3*) hotel as far as rooms go and halfboard meals were in most cases surprisingly good. The really nice part is actually the atmosphere and the attention paid by Sara and her team. The hotel is not next to the lifts and the complimentary transfer from the hotel is fine but yes, you need to manage to the schedule.”

Staying in this place with such a beautiful view allowed you to forget about reality for a moment. The rooms were well-kept, stylish, and the kitchen delighted the taste buds. I especially liked the themed evenings, so there was no monotony! And most of all, thank you for the very nice service, helpful in every respect and, a big plus, the transport to the ski lift! “Centrally located hotel next to main street in Pinzolo. Big plus for large parking. They have large wellness area with pools and saunas > Maybe not most modern design, but ok. What is nice, that the access is included in the room price, other hotels in the area are charging some extra fees for access to the pool. The also offer massages ~ 50 eur/ 50 min. I stayed in Single room, it is small but comfy! Breakfast is rather simple, but ok.”
