“We stayed here over New Year’s Eve with our two young children and it was one of the best experiences I have ever had! They were so unbelievably nice, accommodating and helpful in every regard. From the child friendly amenities (kid sized bathrobes and slippers, organic sensitive skin toiletries in cute bunny bags, milk and cookies with their names at turn down and welcome hot cocoa), to the fantastic recs for food and activities, indoor pool WITH floating toys AND full service for the adults, honesty bar with board games to wind down. And most unexpected perk was being able to see the passing new years parade from our window. Just loved everything and the staff was absolutely fantastic. Kids didn’t want to leave the hotel on our last full day- spent it at the pool, bath with a tv allowed for a lazy perfect day. I couldn’t ask for more.”

“I love this place. The room was huge by London standards. Everything was clean. We went in winter, so it was very cold, but our room was nice and warm. The towel warmer in the bathroom was a nice plus. I appreciate the free mini bar. I didn't have to constantly worry about going out to buy bottles of water. It is located right next to a Costa Coffee and in the middle of tons of shops, restaurants and fast food places. Everyday, before we would head up to the room to end our day, we would check out a few of the shops nearby. It was also super easy to get to the tube or busses as there are stops in Piccadilly and at the square. Thank you for a great vacation!”

“The location of the hotel is fantastic and you can easily travel west or east to major city landmarks. The price is fair for the quality. The positive: location and the free coffee and tea that is available 24h in the lobby. What can get better: the rooms could get an improvement but mainly I recommend spending some time giving some clarity on their website for the different room options. It is impossible to know what you are booking and even worse if doing it via the booking website.”

Lifts were large (for UK) and always available. Breakfast was good and hosted by a consummate professional who learns everyone by name (and coffee order) within one meeting. “We spent 3 nights in a "Superior Double" room that was nicely appointed, quiet and comfortable. The "double" bed is the size of a queen in the U.S.A. Service was friendly and helpful. The breakfast menu offers a nice variety and both breakfast and dinner in the restaurant were very good. This hotel is a short walk from Kew Gardens and from the Kew Tube station which makes for easy transfers to London. The hotel has WiFi, but if you really need it in your room or if you have trouble with stairs, be sure to mention this in any booking request.”
