“Resort was clean with excellent customer service. Food was amazing they cook to you taste . Customer service was good. Things which resort can improve. Get bigger blankets, it was hard for a couple to share the blanket. The down side is the that the reception and dinning area is one floor up. So for senior citizen it can be hard. They took good care of the property and the guests. Gave us fresh towels, dentist kit and bottled water each day.”

“As the car took a left turn to enter the Mango Resort Valley the visuals which I carried in my mind got converted into a reality. The breathtaking view of landscape mountain and the sea from the resort was simply suberb. One would just get lost in sheer width and breadth of the place. Rooms, pool, spa, play area etc would just blow you off. Food quality is just amazing. One of the noteworthy point is the staff at the resort. The courteous staff at the resort make you very comfortable and stay a pleasant experience.”

“Title: Disappointing Experience at Hotel Adamo Our stay at Hotel Adamo left much to be desired. Despite booking two rooms for a two-day stay with all meals included, our experience fell short of expectations. Upon reaching the hotel around 2:30, we were unpleasantly surprised to find that lunch service had ended, despite the official timings extending until 2 pm. The reception desk's unfriendly demeanor added to our initial disappointment. The rooms, while adequate, did not justify the quoted price. The entire property appeared dated, with the TV lacking subscribed channels and remotes relying on malfunctioning cells. Both the TV and AC were of local brands, further diminishing the overall experience. The food quality failed to impress, offering limited options with subpar taste. The prevalence of monkeys on the property, creating frequent disturbances, made ground floor rooms a necessity. Although dinner was accompanied by a Saturday magic show, it didn't compensate for the overall drawbacks. In conclusion, Hotel Adamo proved overpriced, plagued by monkey-related issues, with limited and lackluster food options, and outdated furniture. A stay here might not match your expectations.”

“The staff was very good and polite, but quite a few issues here. No AC from 6.30 pm - 9.30 pm, it got very hot in the tent as alibaug is hot and humid. You have to place your order before 7 pm, and the breakfast options could have been more. There are better breakfast options available in cheaper hotels. All the meals come from their cafe, and are very good. The instant tea in the tent wasn't good at all. Overall not worth the high price at all. I would recommend a smaller accommodation near the beaches than here.”

“Hide out farm is a bliss , if you want a quieter, serene place close to nature and stay away from hustle bustle of city life on weekends . This place is must to do with kids specially. My daughter has loved the ambience and vibes of the place . She was thrilled to encounter duck right outside her cottage . This is pure organic place where I could see and every piece for interior is been handpicked by owners .Food was prepared from vegetables ,spices produced in their farm so it was fresh and appetising , I felt like I was staying in my own farm . Cottages were so beautiful and earthy and close to nature . Must mention hygiene was given utmost importance there . Hand wash was also home made . Windows not having glasses or doors gave me feeling of sleeping in open air . There were no mosquitoes that was also taken care of very well in spite of being in midst of jungle . Owners makes you feel So comfortable and they have so positive aura that you can sit and talk to them for hours . I would like to visit the place again with Kids very soon .”

“This is the worst hotel I have stayed in recent times. The hotel manager Chaitangi Patil is nothing but a greedy woman who has absolutely no manners to talk. We booked 2 rooms for 5 of us. Paid 8k for one double and 11k for a triple room for an average 3 starish resort. We requested for early check in which they charged us 3k for one room and 4k for another. It was supposed to include breakfast. On reaching there they said we had to pay for breakfast and luckily I had specifically asked them on text if it included breakfast. They tried to dodge it saying we thought you were referring to the next days breakfast etc. finally they included it for me but not my friends room. The breakfast both days was paratha and upma the first day and Paratha and poha the next day. No variety at all. It's quite an overpriced waste of money. We asked for a late check out because we were here for meetings and I took my mother for a holiday. They said you have to leave at 11 sharp since we are overbooked. I cross checked on agoda and rooms were very much available. Infact our two rooms were the only rooms that were occupied. The entire resort is empty. Then she said you need to pay the entire days tariff if you want late check out. My point is that they are really expecting a miracle if they think all rooms will get sold out magically overnight. I was willing to pay half day for late check out but this is madness. Now I don't know where to make my 76 year old mother sit while we go for our meetings. This place is not safe. Also please note that there is loud music blasting into the night from some nearby resort. You won't be able to sleep till late. It's unfortunate we didn't stay at a small place with more warm and polite people. We thought expensive will be a good experience. Unfortunately with her continuous attempt to extract more and more money, she completely ruined our experience. We asked to speak to the owner and she said she is the owner. Didn't look like the owner of a big resort would be so I'll mannered to walk out and not be able to hold a civil and polite conversation. Now I'm disturbed by her anger and rudeness, I can't sleep because of the loud jarring music and my old mother is stressed where to sit if we don't have a hotel. Disgraceful, distasteful. Avoid!”

“We had very bad experience.. we had booked the villa with pool and they agreed on it but when we checked in they said pool is not available right now.. we have to book room without pool..rooms were okay but No water to drink .. they said there is canteen but there was only one hotel which took 2 ½ hour to deliver the food and quality of food was not so good.. and the worst thing we experienced that there was no one else except us.not a single caretaker.. he left at 4.30 pm and didn't even informed us.. the area was so horrible. You will not find a single person there. We called caretaker and owner but they were very careless. we left the villa 6 pm as we did not feel safe there.. if you want to be safe and enjoy your vacation please do not book here ..”
