I stayed in the 9 bed dorm. it was a spacious room, the beds were clean and there were two warm and thick blankets for each bed. the only thing i didn't like here was toilets. 9 bed dorm had two toilets which were outside and kind of common as staff and driver also used it. And the 6 bed dorm had one attached toilet, which I feel is inadequate. I will definitely consider staying at this property if I visit Bir again but in a private room.”

“Rooms are too small. Breakfast starts at 9.30am and takes 1 hr. Else skip the breakfast to start early. No toiletries are provided. Rooms were dirty. No road connectivity so no car parking as well. Walk for 1km and cross a weak bridge. Paid porter is provided for luggage transfer else carry your own stuff. Just avoid and book some other hotels which is Road Facing.”

“I want to warn each and everyone if they are planning to visit kasol for vacation please DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE As there is no sufficient electricity backup, staff does not act upon your request, The water supply was also not appropriate like literally we were not able to wash our hands after using the washroom, there was no supply of hot water even when the solar heating system was installed And cherry on the cake was there was no electric kettle when water was really chilled Also they organized the worst party of New year's Eve as and when music started electricity went out. I would suggest each and every fellow travellers to book a cheaper and better place with a better location. I wanted to give a negative rating if there was a feature present for it”

Location ; view from the balcony was nice, but not much to see next to the hotel. it's 4-5 km away from the mall road and bus stand.”

“The worst hotel ever in Manali. The rooms are smelly , bedsheets are dirty the washroom is pathetic Manager is rude and doesn't have sense to deal with the customer and is illiterate. They do not treat the customer good at all. There is no management. They disrespect the guest and do not solve the queries rather they start agruementing. Total waste of money and they do not refund the money and hello Mr. Manager, I didnot talk about money. I had requested a few extra arrangements from your side and I was ready to pay for it. The tour guides told us it would be complimentary. Bheekh nahi maanga tha maine tmse. Mai un arrangements k liye pay krne k liye ready thi. So dont tell us that we were talking about money. After leaving your hotel, we booked Orchard Greens which was a much superior and expensive hotel than yours. So money was not at all an issue for me. Rather than accusing people, try n get your services upgraded.”
