“Positives: 1. Location - next to the Jhalong river. The incessant sound of the water flowing is a bliss. 2. Food at the canteen - super fresh and hot! 3. Size of the rooms. 3. Friendly staff. 4. Room AC quality. 5. Shaded car park. Could be improved: 1. Quality of the bed linens. Ended up having torn bed sheets, bathroom towels with weird spots, etc. 2. Bathroom water was super dirty. The river water was way cleaner. 3. Repeated TV recharge issues. 4. All services are very 'reactive' in nature.”

“I had an amazing stay this may..got to stay at the room.of top floor.. for me it didn't create any problem as I like this kind of secluded environment and obstruction less view. However older people will have to use stare multiple times for upper floor room. The hospitality was very good.i stayed for one night during Buddha Purnima. And the whole ambience was just magical.”

“One of the best place I have ever seen! Situated on Fr Wery Road on the foot of Dow Hill this property offers a 180 degree picturesque view of the valley and also the view of Kanchenjunga. Rooms are neat and clean. Clean linen towels blankets. Clean Toilets with dental kits and toiletries. Electric Kettle with Complementary Tea Coffee Sachet. Food is excellent! They serve Egg in Lunch and Chicken in Dinner for those who are on per day per head package. Every dish they prepared were outstanding! The staffs as well as the owner are always there for you with a smile. They are sonwell behaved and well mannered. 💯 percent recommended property to stay in Kurseong. “We were boarded from 26th to 29th Dec 23 in this hotel. The hotel has every modern fasilities.The service of all staffs in this hotel is satisfactory. The property manager Mr. Suman supervised all the matters efficiently and with great responsibility. But the mattresses on the bed is so soft that may cause harm for health, this matter be considered.”
