“Silent location with luxury rooms. Rooms have infrared cabins included, which are for sure in winter a blessing. The food is awesome, and I can only recommend the half board option. Spa is the cherry on the top here, which you can visit until 9pm with your room card. Bicycle and ski renting is available. The service and people are top. Parking lots are plenty of options next to it. If you're not sure, just ask the receptionist.”

“We are a well travelled couple and we stayed here for three nights as part of our recent vacation. This is one of the most beautiful and peaceful hotels I have ever stayed in. I’m very picky and I wanted a hotel on the lake that had a garden area and a nice pool. There are gorgeous hydrangeas everywhere, vines, lush grass, a heated pool, and stunning views of Wolfgangsee wherever you look. Breakfast buffet was one of the best I’ve had, and the food at the on site restaurant was modern, fresh, and creative- a nice break from traditional Austrian food. The indoor bar has a great atmosphere, and we loved ordering drinks on their patio as well. The staff and servers were extremely friendly and attentive, and everyone spoke at least some English. My only small complaint is that the bathroom in our room felt a little old and could use a refresh. We booked the Lake Charm II room. There was some mold on the ceiling, and the shower was a plastic surround instead of tile. I understand that they are going through some renovations currently though, so I’m sure it will be addressed. The rest of the room was great, cozy with lots of different lighting, and the bed was very comfortable. Overall would highly recommend, we absolutely loved our stay, and it was the highlight of our whole vacation!”
