“After 20 years of staying in our 5-room HDB flat, we decided that it was time to spruce it up. We engaged Kent after recommendations from a good friend, despite having spoken to other ID firms from the QANVAST meet ups. We were surprised after the first visit when told that his junior Choon Choon would be handling our project, but this turned out to be a good arrangement as they complemented each other well, with Kent giving practical advice based on his years of experience, and Choon Choon being able to give that feminine touch to the design of our flat, ideas for problem areas, particularly for our girls' room. As per any renovation project, some chasing on owners' part was expected, but Kent and Choon Choon were ever-responsive and took ownership of any issues that cropped up. Though there was a delay in the end, they made it up in terms of the good design, quality of work, and excellent service. I would recommend them to anyone thinking of renovating their home!”
