I sent email with pictures but they told me that the color is right 🙈 and if I want to send back the sofa I have to pay by myself. And it’s from Milan to Puglia (Campi Salentina (LE). Can you imagine how much it will cost me. So please pay attention when you order from these guys. Since we've renovated our apartment, we were looking for new dining chairs and stools for our new kitchen: something elegant and minimalist, but with a design touch... Inside the store we've found a relaxed atmosphere and a Staff incredibly helpfully and competent about their different products. We've felt very much in love with a design from KRISTALIA, and we've decided to proceed with the purchasing. At every single step of the process, they've being promptly informing us . Payment and delivery to France went very smooth. We will certanely consider Longho for further purchasing.”

“We went to this retailer to get the best possible advice, given the need for a sofa with a resistant fabric having two cats. Unfortunately, we were recommended a decidedly UNSUITABLE microfibre, as it is a kind of velvet, which gets scratched just by sitting on it and we were forced to cover the entire sofa within 5 minutes of delivery. On the advice of the consultant who followed us, we contacted customer service who replied that the marks were scratches made by pets, a therefore useless and inadequate response, given the extreme clarity of our request. The recommended fabric is ABSOLUTELY not adequate for our needs, given that the scratches only appear if the cat sits on the sofa or if we have a button on the back of the trousers. This obvious inexperience of the consultant has led us to spend a lot of money on a sofa that now needs to be covered and on which we have to be extremely careful to sit. Not to mention delivery and assembly which had been requested by us separately for the two products purchased and which were instead made at a single time for a cost of €320, not respecting the contract and mocking us on an alleged discount applied if we purchased the two products in the same order. Definitely disappointing!”

After selecting width and lenght for 2 curtains, I expected to receive 160cm wide curtains, instead received 140cm of material, with an explanation that it is the width of the rail that is chosen during ordering. So I ended up with standard curtains that I could have bought anywhere for the fraction of the price. They refused to accept return. Bad service and tax on fools!”

“A couple of years ago (yes, a few years ago around 2017 or 2018, and this moment still haunt me from time to time) , I had a rather depressing experience at the curtain section, where I asked the woman managing the textiles the price of a certain pair, she scanned me with her eyes from head to toe and then answered in a snobby tone that they are "very expensive", with a nasty grin on her face. Caught off guard by her answer i asked politely again what was the price, she rolled her eyes and then said a number in an arrogant tone. I said thank you and went on my way, while she was smirking with victory like " I knew you couldn't afford it" that was honestly very disturbing and horrifying experience for judging a customer like that, does she expect customer to just purchase a curtain without asking the price? or was she profiling customer base on their gender, age, appearance, outfit or race? I would not have known. To be fair that was the only person that acted creepy, while the girls at the casher have always been very nice.”
