When I told her this, she immediately say you don’t want to pack this? It is a bowl so definitely need to. She said it with sarcasm. Good thing is she packed carefully. Won’t come here next time.”

Unfortunately, my experience with one of your cashiers left much to be desired. Upon inquiring about the warranty for a product I purchased, I approached the cashier with a reasonable question. To my disappointment, the cashier attitude was exceptionally poor, marked by a lack of courtesy and professionalism. This made my interaction with the cashier unpleasant. When I requested the cashier's name to address the issue or provide feedback, the cashier questioned why I needed that information. I explained that it was due to the attitude, but the cashier did not comply with my request. I believe it's essential for customers to know the names of the staff members they interact with, especially when there are concerns about the quality of service. I understand that everyone can have a bad day, but the cashier's behavior was beyond what is acceptable in a customer service role. I trust that you take customer feedback seriously and will address this matter promptly to ensure a more positive experience for future patrons. Thank you for your attention to this issue. I look forward to seeing improvements in the service at your establishment.”

We love coming back and try to make the most during special offer and discounts! I picked up some gifts for my friends and family, but I must admit that I missed them packing the gifts with their signature ribbons (red and golden) without added cost. Each ribbon can with an added cost of 3-5 SGD. Philippines store and US store offered these without any cost.”
