“Wow, this place is super nice and has an incredible selection of folding bikes. Mostly Bromptons, but I saw some other brands there as well. Those are great qualities, but the thing that really stood out at this place were the people. I went in with a question about the seat post of my Brompton, and they were very knowledgeable and helpful. I was quite blown away, they were able to show me a cool hack to get a bit more height out of the seat post, so that I didn't have to replace it with another. Very cool, will return.”

“Booked this company to fit windows and a bathroom...never again. The bathroom has so far taken 5 weeks and is still not even nearly finished! The furniture arrived broken and took 4 weeks to be replaced but the bathroom had already been started so we have had no bathroom all this time. We have had to change builders due to problems with the first. They dont arrive when they say they will, they turn up late and work at snails place. Stock is always missing and they constantly have to be chased up. The mess is never cleaned up and customer service is non existent. Everything takes ages to be delivered which you are not aware of when you book the work.”

“A wonderful shop with very nice and accommodating staff. The ladies helped me decide on my purchases and offered to help ship my items back to the USA (which I declined, but in hindsight, I wish I had taken them up on their offer because shipping on my own was a bit of a hassle)! I ended up purchasing a large woven bull head, handmade candle holder + candle (one for me and one for my mom), among a few other items. I thought the prices were reasonable, especially after traveling to Valencia and seeing similar items for equal or greater cost. I’m so happy to have found Cocol and had the ability to purchase local-Spain souvenirs! It’s in a very cute area of Madrid, so if you’re not close-by, the shop and area are definitely worth a trip! The staff member offered to put brighter bulbs in to show us how bright it can be. How's that for service!! 100% recommended. We purchased 2 of them on the day. .”
