“As a big Diptyque fan girl from the states, I simply had to visit the original boutique! Loved the atmosphere here, especially with all the holiday decor. I came in the morning on Boxing Day so it was also quiet and calm for the most part. I had placed one limited edition item on reservation for click-and-collect, which was an easy and smooth process. Additionally, the sales associate was very helpful with helping me pick out candles as gifts and wrapped everything up beautifully. He was very attentive but also never made me feel pressured to buy more than I wanted to. I almost forgot to ask for the VAT refund forms but he offered them anyway, which also speaks to how proactive the staff here are. He was also quite generous with the samples, and another SA offered me a free candle as a belated birthday gift, which made me feel very appreciated! Will definitely come back here next time I return to Paris.”

“We ordered a mirror from there and the shop sells just trash for a huge amount of money. The colour of our mirror faded away within a few months and the colour got cracks everywhere. If you pay 650€ for a mirror this is a shame!!!!! We claimed damages and agreed on getting 120€. All Nadine told us - and I mean constantly as we wrote them several times - that they refunded us the money. We didn’t get a refund! They didn’t gave our money and that’s a fraud! It isn’t worth spending your money on such bad quality furniture! We can’t recommend this shop! You pay for nothing! One star is too much for these people who are selling trashy stuff!”
