“We went to this retailer to get the best possible advice, given the need for a sofa with a resistant fabric having two cats. Unfortunately, we were recommended a decidedly UNSUITABLE microfibre, as it is a kind of velvet, which gets scratched just by sitting on it and we were forced to cover the entire sofa within 5 minutes of delivery. On the advice of the consultant who followed us, we contacted customer service who replied that the marks were scratches made by pets, a therefore useless and inadequate response, given the extreme clarity of our request. The recommended fabric is ABSOLUTELY not adequate for our needs, given that the scratches only appear if the cat sits on the sofa or if we have a button on the back of the trousers. This obvious inexperience of the consultant has led us to spend a lot of money on a sofa that now needs to be covered and on which we have to be extremely careful to sit. Not to mention delivery and assembly which had been requested by us separately for the two products purchased and which were instead made at a single time for a cost of €320, not respecting the contract and mocking us on an alleged discount applied if we purchased the two products in the same order. Definitely disappointing!”

“I ordered curtains by measure. After selecting width and lenght for 2 curtains, I expected to receive 160cm wide curtains, instead received 140cm of material, with an explanation that it is the width of the rail that is chosen during ordering. So I ended up with standard curtains that I could have bought anywhere for the fraction of the price. They refused to accept return. Bad service and tax on fools!”

“We entered the shop on the advice of a friend, we had Martina's name, who then followed us and assisted us in the design of our kitchen. We are fully satisfied, Martina gave us advice and professionally followed and directed us, with great elegance without making us feel out of place! Price and quality, with different possibilities of choice. The measurement of the kitchen took place in a very short time, as did the delivery. The really good fitters, they assembled the kitchen in one day, very professional too, and at the end they left the apartment even making sure not to leave excessive dirt, they checked the kitchen many times, with levels and closures, the kitchen was perfect. I highly recommend choosing Tramontiim by Lavis (but above all getting followed by Martina!)”
