When I visited, a few of the lilies I wanted to buy were there in the ponds but were not ready for sale, which is a bit disappointing. Some of the water plants weren't the healthiest, but the lilies generally were beautiful and healthy and in big pots. The staff were friendly, but be prepared to wait for service as it was busy with customers! Overall worth visiting.”

“Very disappointing. Ordered items to be delivered at the trade desk for the next day. Yes it could be done. Between 1-5pm. I rang at 4.45pm. To find delivery not coming. No courtesy call. Rescheduled for the next morning. Rang back 20mins later, to say it would be afternoon. Between 12-3pm. 3pm I rang, apparently it was on the way. 3.50pm it arrived. Contractor, had to wait for them to make the order up. Order should of been ready from day before. Again no courtesy call. I had a trade waiting onsite to start job. Which I am out of pocket for. Bunnings you really do need to take more care of your customers. Or at least teach your employees a bit of common courtesy. Looks like Mitre 10 will be my new Hardware store...”
