“On the positive side this shop has a very large selection of products. On the negative side the staff seem to view the customer as a nuisance. I phoned to ask if a product was in stock. After being passed to 6 different people I was just cut off. So I drove 15 kms to the shop, walked in and asked the first member of staff where I could find the item in question. She shrugged and replied that I'd have to ask her colleagues. I found the right department and saw one of these colleagues standing at her station looking at invoices. Very politely I put my question to her and she looked up at me with a glare as if to say "Can't you see I'm BUSY ?". The product I wanted was out of stock so I had done a 30 km round trip for nothing. Not pleased. Thank goodness for Amazon where I found the item and bought it for € 500.”

“A very large area of party items. There is something for all tastes, all budgets. Contacted by telephone first and then guided inside by a friendly person, I was able to find my items easily. Visited during Halloween, the store was decorated with witches, wizards and other creatures of the moment, well done, once again, a very large choice. Keep it up, I'll definitely come back.”
