I love I can get a coffee from DeGino and shop. Today I bought some homemade soap as I just ran out. I love, love, love the oatmeal soap. Prices are fair; I know some people will say high, but you’re paying for hard work and for a local shop to keep money in the town and give back. The shop is large and bright . You can find so many things from clothes and jewelry to home decor and soaps. There’s something for everyone. Parking can get difficult, but there is both street and a lot behind the shop.”

She also helped by giving us time to think things over but was nearby if we needed her. We love all of our purchases. The glass dining table is a big hit. The dining chairs are elegant yet simple. The rusty orange accent chair looks amazing and the wall art looks perfect with it all. We have purchased a lot of furniture over the years and wanted a fresh new look. “I have been consigning and shopping here for over 9 years. In the past years they have been great! They used to have great customer service, clothing options, and household items, purses, etc. After today, it’s unlikely that I’ll ever go back. I have never been treated so rudely trying to consign clothes. I showed up yesterday (on a Saturday) after double checking their consigning hours online. When I showed up there was a sign on the door that Thursday and Saturday are by appointment only. So, I loaded my car back up with my clothes and went back today instead. I called to make sure they were taking walk-ins. I got all my stuff out and walked up to the door. Today, there was a sign that said check in before bringing your items in. Since I was already at the door I figured I’d check in, then just take the items back to the car if need be. Upon entering a lady yelled….and I mean yelled across the room while waving her hands at me, “Did you not see the sign outside, you’re supposed to check in first!” Everyone in the room stopped and looked up. I was caught so off guard by her hostile response that I almost turned around and walked out. I told her that I had indeed saw the sign yesterday when I showed up regarding appointments on Saturday and was there for a second time since they failed to post their correct consigning process on their website. Against my better judgement I stayed and waited the 45 minutes to consign. I looked around and it was if the place had turned into a complete thrift store. They were selling shoes with the soles falling off, sweaters with holes in them, and pants that had stains all over them. I seriously have been shopping here for almost a decade! Never again will I go to a place where I am yelled at, spoke to in a condescending manner, and provided with junk to purchase. I’m not sure if management changed but they better take a long look at their customer service because they just lost a very long time loyal customer! I hope they see the sign for themselves!”

“This thrift store was clean, organized and easy to navigate. The staff were very nice and friendly and they offered a variety of items. The reason for my 4 stars is the pricing. This was higher than average pricing on many items compared to other thrift stores I've been to. Occasionally you'll find a reasonably priced item, but $5 books and $10 puzzles was too much for me. I do appreciate the colored tags that they offer discounts on, at 75% off it took my $5 book down to $1.25. However it was only a good deal to me if you found the right color tag. With all that being said though I still think this place is worth a visit! You never know what you may find!”

“I’ve been waiting 18 weeks for my bedroom set (promised delivery within 8 weeks) and cannot seem to get a hold of anyone who will give me an answer other than, “We’ll call you back.” I have yet to get a call back as promised. Tried emailing the address given in the automated phone message but still no luck. Hoping to get someone’s attention this way. I don’t care if it’s bad news… in todays retail world delays are expected, being flat out ignored is not acceptable. Update: we received our bedroom set but broken (first two pictures) and were told they would be getting new ones in to replace. It’s been 9 months and we still have the broken furniture. Today the frame broke more (third picture) so now we are without a bed. Worst experience I’ve ever had. Wish I could give negative stars.”
