From the moment we were greeted entering the store, until after final delivery, Jennifer was amazing. She was never pushy; there when you needed her, giving us space when we did not. She helped guide us to amazing choices and made us feel comfortable in that if we did not love the furniture when it showed up she would find a way to make it right. Jennifer kept us informed and updated through the entire ordering process communicating timelines and updates. The delivery handled by their in-house team was also fantastic. All of the furniture was very well wrapped to protect it. They also put protection up around the door frame and stairs banister. As they brought in the furniture they replaced the feet with felt pads to protect our wood floors and placed the rug and furniture where I wanted it with care.”

“Collection process is dissappointing - I fully support the mission and effort of the Salvation Army. I am sure that the majority of their volunteers are dedicated servants. However, there needs to be a change in policy for the receipt of donated goods. I dropped off two boxes of items, donated by my daughter, only to witness one of them being dumped in garbage by the silent and frowning volunteer who took them from the vehicle. We are all capable of throwing things away at home. We do not need to take the effort, time and expense, of driving them to your location, waiting 20 minutes in the driveway to witness them being discarded. I am glad my daughter (whose items these were) didn't witness the same. Being a volunteer for another organization, I am aware that not all items are usable/saleable, but there are better choices: 1) politely refuse to accept the donation and suggest another needy organization or 2) discard the items later, out of the sight of the public. Thank you.”

OMG. Hands down one of the little secrets of Dollar Tree 🌳 😍. Stop by and get a box. There are a total of 9 cookies per box. I promise you you will enjoy these cookies if you like 🍋 flavor. “Well they had our tiffin phantom for a month to replace a part for the hot water heater and to replace a part in the refrigerator, the one part for the hot water heater was $6.69. and the refrigerator part came in and was defective, so make a long story short they charged us over 900.00 for basically nothing !!!! They how ever did agree to refund us back $400& change !!! Because we were going to fight this all the way to court and honestly it was the right thing to do.we have yet to receive the money, I pray Escanaba Michigan has someone looking to go into to business goes into working on motorhome's and campers because camping world is the only place and that's just awful for how they charge people because it is the only place and they are about the dollar over customers satisfaction, so we will get the refrigerator fixed on our way or in Florida where there is compaction and they won't take advantage of a customer like this awful place did !!! Word to the wise go somewhere else before you subject your wallet to this place 🙏.”
