“Amazing location very well kept and well stocked. Not a ton of employees, but the store is huge. I have tons of pics in December 2023 for reference. Bedding, decorations, seasonal items you name it they git it and in a wide variety. We recently purchased some high-quality patio furniture and also got some holiday gifts for the family. Greeted upon entry very friendly staff. A lot of clearance sections with affordable items. Will be back soon to buy a new head board. Fabulous!!!!”

“Unbelievably horrible experience that all started with their Scan and Buy option. I would have let this go but when I was treated like a total criminal when trying to do the right thing something needed to be said. When I drove a hour out of my way to return to the store to clear this up, the manager there put the last nail in the coffin. She was so completely rude and condescending I’m honestly done with Menards. Great example of why the big box stores are losing customer loyalty. POOR customer service! Simply responding with a general post doesn’t really help me in any way now does it? The idea you have taken this complaint seriously is a silly google algorithm. So thanks for proving my point. Nobody takes customer service seriously anymore. It’s all a big joke.”

“Dec 2023: all sorts of deals you should check out! I had a great encounter with Tim (I think he might be a manager). Very caring individual and he thanked me for sharing my smile with him 😊 Sept 2023: The new store layout makes the store appear much larger. There is fall, Halloween, winter, and Christmas decor out. Has a very nice selection of couches. I was asked by different employees if I needed help finding anything, but I preferred to just walk around and see what I could see.”
