“The “coordinator”Gail was no help today! I brought 2 products to the register and when she began scanning the items she found it did not carry a tag. Gail stated “Are there more of these in the back?” and when I said there was she then proceeded to send me walking to the back of the store saying “can you go get one”. One would think Gail gets paid to find the item with the tag… And lastly i asked Gail for help locating where a pen with a tag was or what the pen belonged to and she claimed she would have to take the pen and ask some random lady the next morning where it went! Gail you are a coordinator you should coordinate this pens location and my items tag yourself!”

“I did 3 bathrooms in my house in Randolph over a 2-month period. All the tiles and corresponding things for all 3 bathrooms ultimately came from Standard Tile. Based on the reviews I saw, Standard Tile was our first and turned out to be our last stop. John from the store was extremely patient and knowledgeable with me and my wife through all our purchases and I cannot be more grateful to him. Each of our bathrooms came out really well. I think the patience and politeness that John showed us was key to us being able to choose what we wanted and be happy with our choices.”

I got so many compliments from our guests. We had a small, intimate wedding. Elyse listened to what I wanted and exceeded my expectations. I didn’t want the flowers to feel overly manicured or rounded. She did an amazing job of balancing the wildness that I wanted to capture with refinement. 10/10 would recommend”

“This guy is amazing. We got a Tanjore painting shipped from India without the glass, but we had to take art from the original frame to do that but it was nailed and taped all over. Modern memory design was the only person accepted the job and took out the art with zero damage from the old frame and did new frame and UV glass . The art now looks like a 3D image . I highly recommend for any framing work.”

“After visiting Home Depot, Lowe's and a number of other appliance stores we ended up at Reno's Appliance. The difference in service quality, product knowledge and professional installation is tremendous. The employees are professional appliance salespeople, rather than people who happen to work in the appliance department of a large store. They're friendly and eager to help regardless of what your budget is. They treated our purchase of a single refrigerator no differently than what we witnessed with customers who were looking for a whole kitchen. The prices were cheaper than both Home Depot and PC Richards. Also, because the store is located in an Urban Enterprise Zone the sales tax is 50% less than you made your purchase anywhere else in the state. Finally, their installers are all Reno's employees, and they really know their stuff. They were on time, very careful with the appliance and our house, and were just a pleasure to deal with. I can't recommend Reno's Appliance highly enough.”

“Needed a new washer after our 20 year old one (also bought at Albo) reached the end of its life. The store manager, J.R. Aguilar, was informative and helpful in helping us choose a replacement. He asked about our needs, and we felt no upsell pressure at all. We were happy with the price, which included delivery and removal of our old machine. Our new machine was delivered as promised, the installers did a great job with the installation, and the machine is perfect for our needs. Shopping at Albo made the process fast and easy for us.”
