I needed 16 bolts 8 of one size 8 of another so i ended up with mix matched bolts to make it work. Also certain areas are a little bare on the shelves like one small tube of lock tite when i need two tubes of the kind they are out of .”

“This is my go to place for all things hand tools, power tools, and more! Definition of a great selection for top pro brands! after spending several thousands of dollars here a year. Sometimes even tens of thousands… feel like we as top paying customers, we should see a few changes. Such as; The staff! Maybe some coffee would enlighten them to be more pleasant and approachable when it comes time to needing help finding something or overall just giving more concern over the needs of us contractors and our time the importance sometimes to be in and out is important. Like our leaders in office age has an effect on their ability to be precise with their job. Countless times I have been overcharged, given the wrong part etc. Time to retire…. Which leads me to the time you guys are open. Much like a bank you guys are open at the exact same time we all start work and finish work, how inconvenient is that… making it very difficult to leave work to come in and even harder to make it through rush hour traffic right when I’m off of work. Should you guys literally change your open and close times, and extend them by 1 hour you would see the revenue as a company double if not triple. Being how I know this is why me and contractors alike spend a lot of hour money at places like Home Depot and Lowe’s when we would all rather be spending our dollar on quality tools that are readily available. Wishing I could be there more often even on the weekends when I’m trying to take care of my family and get things done around the house and my busy work week schedule. You guys are open to a very limited amount of time pleas fix this! It isn’t personal it’s just business. Your business and money id like to be giving to you -thanks”

“I absolutely love my sofa with all three seat expandable to back , it's like sofa cum bed which is so cozy ,real comfort , enjoying moments while watching TV for long time without strain of sitting straight , actually we ordered lissioni sectional fabric , after 6 Months problem we had is weekly one feather was coming out of sitting seat per month not more than 10 feathers so we went to warehouse to check new collection , but none of them was like ours we really don't like any other sofa , we checked about more than 30 varieties , so we replaced our same sofa lissioni sectional with microfiber cover they replaced within warranty it is same like old with thick protection cover now we don't worry of feather coming out , my husband only check about this shop in online he really loves it , worth of buying , it's one of best thing we had in our house , employee in this are really friendly , explain things very well ,:)”
