“Place is massive! Tons and tons to chose from. It’s an affordable alternative to some of the other big name places and there no way you couldn’t come in here and find what you want. They have outdoor furniture as well. They’re non commission so no one is following you around and hounding you. Parking is plenty, and restrooms were clean. Everyone was mostly friendly. Remember with non commission they’re not as aggressive either so if they’re busy might have to be little patient.”

“We just bought a bed frame night stands and mattress from this store and let me tell you how good of service we received. The employees in both the bed and mattress section were very patient and not too pushy to force us into something we didn’t like or the more expensive option. They were also VERY patient with our kids that we brought in with us. Evan was in the bed frame section and Marisa in the mattress area and both were absolutely terrific. 100% recommend. We will most definitely be coming back in the future for any other furniture purchases.”

“This location is usually pretty pleasant and helpful… however today when stopping there to check and see if they had propane for us to do an exchange an older woman was INCREDIBLY rude yelling at my husband to take his tank outside when he told her was trying to find out if they had it before he just left his tank outside. She really needs to watch her attitude and tone that she claims not to have when she’s dealing with customers. It’s unnecessary and not very “customer friendly behavior.” Hope it’s addressed.”

“Be careful when u refill propane here I was overcharged, they don't meter the flow or what goes on your cylinder. They estimate by the capacity of the cylinder they will charge a flat rate weather your cylinder was completely empty or needed topping. I was charged $55 for 2 cylinders. Refilled today at tractor supply and paid $39for the same quantity. I know my numbers very well so I knew I was overcharged .”

“Purchased some items and decided to leave them with the cashier so I could continue to shop without hassle etc. when I was done and headed to the counter I was told that my items were taken. I was upset and disappointed. How could a purchase item or items disappear into someone else’s belonging by any acciden??? Got reimbursed for my purchased items but I was not pleased. This was too shady. I left spoke with a manager few days after who told me my items were taken accidentally by another customer ( weird) but okay! She said they offered to take the stuff back. I’ve yet to hear from them and that was that. This was not a coincidence. Someone wanted the items I took the time to find etc How could purchased items go with the wrong customer. And items that’s on lay away and or kept on shelves at the counter which is behind the cashier’s be secured?? And the worse part about it. I could never walk out this store with a candy in my hand type of experience. But somehow the items I purchased coincidentally got taken. I did not buy it. You people should be ashamed of yourselves.”

“Mention: Tractor Supply Co. Corporate Headquarters, Today (July 14 2023) I called ahead and asked the store (1305 Sidney Baker St, Kerrville, TX 78028) if they had the pelican paddle boat, as advertised in stock. The sales clerk informed me that she went outside and checked, and she assured me that the product was in stock and as advertised on their website. Upon my arrival, I was apalled by what I saw and very disappointed in the poor standards demonstrated by this location (1305 Sidney Baker St, Kerrville, TX 78028) I posted and attached a picture of the condition of the product they offered. The product was not the same product that that the sales clerk assured me of by phone. Furthermore, the product had mud stains, mosquito larvae stains, and cracks and scratches along the side of the paddle boat. Based on how badly stained the boat was and how thin the plastic felt, it’s safe to say that the paddle boat had been sitting there for months propped up against the chainlink fence for hours at a time in direct sunlight and rained on periodically. When we informed the General Manager of our observations, he offered us a 15% discount but provided the stipulation that the discount would only be offered with the understanding that the product would be sold-as-is and that any return of the product would not be accepeted. So lets recap….1) the store provides me over the phone with wrong information of the product they have advertised, claiming that they do have it in stock. 2) the product had been neglected for months at a time, by way of it’s improper storing and untimely upkeep. 3)when I informed the general manager of the neglected condition that the product was in, he offered 15% but then attached the stipulation that the product could not be returned for any reason and that it would be sold-as-is for the 15% off. To sum all this up, the General Manager stipulated the sold-as-is because he knows that the product will not last beyond the Manf./Store Warranty due to it being neglected for so long in the storage yard, on it’s side, and in the direct sunlight. It should also be known, that the general manager never came out to speak with us face to face regarding the product and our experience, and only relayed information through his employees using a radio rather than comming out to assess the situation. They also have a gift registry program that you can sign up for. The only real downfall is the prices. Seems to me a lot of things can be picked up in town for 20% less or more if you shop around.”
