“Recently I bought Invicta watch from this store. The watch is beautiful and luxurious. I spotted it at the watch counter, when one of ladies helped me to buy it. I immediately fell in love with this watch. Smooth dial, black color, swiss look, almost like Rolex type of look, but it's not, and moreover affordable price. Im the watch guy, and I like some certain brands of watches, but this watch, I fell in love with since I purchased it. I had to resize the watch band though because of it's original size band and its one of my favorite watch collection. Thank you so for your product. 🙂 Most recently, I bought my 2nd Invicta Watch. They are so adorable watches, especially in accuracy. And it’s invincible, that’s correct. I will recommend this brand to anyone. Seriously… because for me, it’s a hustle to always change time for 5 min front, or 5 min back, just to catch up on correct time. I never touched or adjusted time on those watches, except the date dial, but it does not matter. “Our stove went out in the middle of cooking on the 20th. On the 21st I went around town to look for a replacement. I really wanted someone to install it. We wanted it to use for Christmas eve meal. Everyone said they couldn't install one until after the first of the year. Scratch and Dent said they would be able to install the day after Christmas. I told them I would just have to take it home myself and try to install it but wasn't happy about that. The staff said they could try to get a hold of there delivery and installation people who were on the road to see if they could work it in. They were able to get our new Beko Electric Slide In with convection oven installed that afternoon. We were able to start baking our Holiday breads on Friday and they baked perfectly. We are very thankful to the staff at Scratch and Dent for going the extra mile to get our range to us, and to the installers for doing a wonderful job of getting us up and running! You have saved our Holiday, and the Beko is beautiful and works great! This is added on (1-4-24). I changed the rating from 5 stars to 2 stars. While we continued to use the range, we had difficulty setting the temperature using the key pad for the oven. It was hit or miss to get it started. We would press with our finger tips as you do on any touch key pad device, and more often than not, certain numbers and the start button wouldn't take and we would get an ERR message. I went in to tell the sales people about it and to see about getting service for it. They said it would be after the 1st of the year but here is the catch. They told me if it is operator error and nothing was wrong, I would be charged for the service call. The technician came out on the second and spent 15 minutes touching the keypad having the same trouble I had. I left the room and he continued to work with it. Later he came in and told me that there was nothing wrong with it and said that if you use your thumb, with the meaty part of it, it will work. He then charged me $133.00 for the service call. Since there was nothing in the owners manual that indicated that there was a specific way to push the buttons, and the sales people didn't say anything about that, I feel I had no choice but to say ok to placing the service call. I didn't want to have to fight getting the oven to work the rest of its life. I went back to tell the manager this and all he would say is I told you if there is nothing wrong we will charge a service call. That to me is not very good customer relations. It makes me wonder if they didn't know about the problem??? I have never had a business tell me if it is operator error there will be a charge when I needed service. I will probably be needing a couple more appliances in the near future, but I won't be coming back here.”
