“I am absolutely irate right now! Paid over $300 for an exterior door for my business, hired a contractor to install it, well, as we are taking the cardboard and wrap off we noticed it was dented EVERYWHERE. Called the store and the manager was very professional, was going to order me a new DOOR ONLY (no frame) so I can grab that, swap it out and return the damaged one. Then I get a call back from the GM saying “I need to return it first, they won’t let a $300 door go out of their store without being paid for”, but then blamed me for the damaged door about how “I picked it out”. I BOUGHT IT ONLINE, everything was waiting for me when I got there! So he wants me to leave a big gaping hole in the back of my business with thousands of dollars of products inside, while I now waste 2 hours of my time just driving and either returning the door or buying a new one?! What kind of customer service is this?! This “GM” Brad is absolutely clueless and kept talking about policy?! What’s the policy on selling damaged goods?! Considering the damage was behind the cardboard how would I even know?! Ridiculous! Do NOT shop here, they will steal your money and sell you damaged products! “I had a great experience here looking for a replacement hinge to a kitchen cabinet. Our house was built in the early 90s and I couldn’t find this hinge (see pics below for reference) at any of the big box stores so one of the associates at these stores directed me here. Well, I’m glad he did because I was helped by a very kind sales associate, Susie, who was very knowledgeable. She looked at the pictures I had of the hinge and was able to identify it and then found a replacement in their back storage room. The storage room looked enormous so I am sure they would have many older and outdated hardware pieces for those people that are looking to exchange and not replace older hardware. Their store was clean and they had a very large selection of contemporary designs as well for contractors and people building or renovating their homes. So, I actually bought two sets of these hinges in case I would need one in the future. The price was on point (no need for shipping like on line stores) and especially for the service! Thanks again Susie and Neu’s! I will definitely be back for other items as well.”

“Very rude rental blower experience. Employee told me I better find someone to come with me to unload it when I return. Very rudely!! Blower only blew about 9 bags per hour on average and was getting slower. 140 bags 16 hours. Mentioned on drop off and employee said the few pieces of plastic on tines slowed it down. Experience was exhausting I blew in less material just to get the job done.. returned 18 bags. Very minimal time plastic and from the cellulose material in the bag, not the wrapper bag. Employee is a real charmer. Also charged cleaning fee for handful of material in bottom of hopper. Lol what ever... Terrible experience with bad rental equipment... I've spent tens of thousands on materials and tools at this place, but big warning stay away from there rental department. There rude and don't stand behind there very old not running good blowers.”

“Ye Old Goat is a very well curated and clean vintage decorative store. Since I'm a dude, I was hoping for more of a thrift store vibe with vinyl and more actual antiques or even vintage clothing. I pretty sure chicks will dig the shabby chic offerings, however. Of the re-pops they sell, I liked the cast iron hardware and stuff which was reasonably priced. Don't get me wrong, there were definitely some cool retro knickknacks scattered throughout. If you're into pumpkin spice though all I can say is, "Here's your sign."”
