“This was our first time at a dispensary to celebrate my husband's birthday. The experience was a little confusing at first understanding how the dispensaries in DC worked, but the guy who worked there was really kind and patient with us and even gifted us a bonus gift because it was my husbands birthday! Literally the only reason I didn't give a full 5 star review is because my husband has to use a cane to get around and stairs can be very difficult for him and we didn't see a handicap accessible way to get up to the dispensary.”

“We made a trip out to Room and Board in DC on Nov 7 2023 and were greeting on the 3rd floor by Jay Krich. He was such a joy. The epitome of great customer service. We need more Jays in the world. He seemed eager to assist, never pushy and even got us our couch before Thanksgiving after trying his hardest to make it happen. He followed up with us via phone call early the next day to let us know about our sectional coming early. We sent him an email asking to confirm the color of our sectional so we can purchase additional items for it and he was quick to respond and even attached a picture for us! How awesome is that? He never over promised and gave us detailed information on our purchase. His warm smile, sense of humor and outstanding customer service is something rare in retail and we see you Jay!
