“We went into the store to checkout a sale item, had young children with us and time was limited, we had asked a sales associate if shipping was free they said yes. So we left and went to order online. Well it wasn't free it was $50, so I had to go back to the store to place the order. When I was at the store I purchased the extra warranty plan which they said included a waterproof spray treatment. They called us for pickup and when we asked if it was done they said no. They at least offered to ship it to us, but holy smokes no one seems to have a clue at this place. There are plenty of other stores I'd go to over this for better customer service.”

What is happening to humanity?? Are the store managers forgetting that it is the people who made a business successful? On top of this no longer public washrooms!!!! With the amount of time and money I spend at this store on almost monthly basis, I would like to be able to use a washroom when I need it.”
