“Bought living room rug recently from Brooklyn City Furniture. 5-star experience from start to finish! Agnes a dream! So accommodating. She permitted us to take home her only sample of pattern we liked so that we could tell if colors looked good in our living room. An immediate Yes! Took 2 weeks for rug to come in. They delivered it to our lobby and picked up sample, all without charge. And we love the rug!! Highly recommend this store!! Both Agnes and her partner are incredible! They truly want to give customers the best service ever.”

“Gorgeous home goods and decorations . The store is divided into three shops that are each visually delightful and wondrous. Prices are on the higher end . You will find one of a kind pieces here . One store is primarily ceramics, another Christmas decorations and the third home textiles. The displays themselves are works of art and well worth the visit.”

“Me and my partner had a wonderful experience here. Honey and Melvin were very accommodating and helped us find the perfect plants for our home. I did see some plants that looked like they needed a bit more help than others but with amount of plants to care for and the amount of staff, it’s understandable. Overall they have a ton of healthy plants to choose from at a reasonable price. We will definitely be back once these babies settle in and continue to thrive. Thank You Urban Garden!”

“We’re not from the US so I had been excited all day to visit this store and get gifts for Christmas. The staff are completely useless and seemed to avoid us after we had to ask three times for prices as half the stock aren’t priced. Staff having headphones in and chatting with friends - ridiculous for a store like this. We were told by Susan that some candles were half off and fit our budget with another item. She proceeded to charge us the full amount and claimed to ‘forget’ to give us our change. We had to ask twice. We were overcharged and when confronted, she simply said it wasn’t her problem. I don’t even know if the right items were packed for us to take home (going by other reviews here). Double check everything and make them pack it in front of you!! Shame on you guys.”
