“All this place wants to do is sell. Forget aftersales service. I bought a Nokia phone from them online. I mainly bought it because it came with a second phone free. Payed for straight away and collected. Still waiting for the second phone to arrive. Got in touch with Argos, who said it was Nokias fault so I have to get in touch with them. Great, so you sell someone elses product, but dont take responsibility when they dont keep their part of the deal. Not being funny but Argos is basically a catalogue selling other manufacturers goods. How can they blatantly shirk their responsibilities to customers?”
