“Lowered my review, every time I go there we are always met with the same thing. - no french - no cashier at the cash register - long lines at self checkout - employees dont help you find stuff - they rush you when you're in line - cramped - unclean - carts are NEVER disinfected Last time i went one of the staff members raised their voice at my mother who's on the older side to get in line better (the line was too long.)”

“First time I heard about this place. My general contractor told me to come here to pick the tile for my flooring. This place is huge, well lit, very nice display of all kinds of tiles. The staff was great. I want to special thanks to Elsa Chammas for helping me complete my very rushed order. I had to contact her multiple times, asked many questions and made many changes within the span of an hour! She took care of all of it! My experience with Centura was fantastic! Too bad I didn't have enough time to stick around to check out their entire showroom, but for the short time I was there, it was great. :)”
