If you are ever in need of a unique gift, Welk’s is the place to go. Cashiers are no-nonsense and incredibly efficient. Unfortunately, the aisles are narrow and and it can get very busy on weekends. Not very accessible for folks in wheelchairs or with strollers.”

“Giles was attentive and knowledgeable, treated my doggo like a princess. Allowing my entire family to provide feedback on the recliners I wanted (Nimbus V). Pricey, yes, but beautiful to look at and wonderful to sit on. He was a pro in every sense, letting me hum-and-ha when I wanted to think and being on-hand to get the deal done when I was ready to pull the trigger. I highly recommend King Living for anyone looking for adult furniture.”

“Poor quality materials. ...but if you think the warranty will help, I promise you, it will NOT! After months of back and forth with my fully paid for extended warranty, they told me today that I didn't tell them about the damage quickly enough so its considered... "willful negligence" and they're not covering any repairs whatsoever. Apparently it is MY fault that the warranty that I paid for doesn't cover their furniture that it is designed to cover. My bad.”

But then when I got home, I looked up the machine to confirm the size and found the exact same machine on Best Buy for cheaper and available for next day delivery. “Absolutely fantastic experience at Innovative audio! They were pleasure to work with and I had the best customer service. It is no wonder they come so highly recommended! They know their stuff and are friendly to boot. I had a Turntable speed issue fixed with minimal fuss and was kept in the loop the entire time regarding costs, labour and what was being done to “my baby”. I was so thrilled with the team I got my Sansui Amp in queue for a much needed check up. I am impressed as they don’t push any “full recapping” or complete restorations and rather believe in fixing audio components as needed so they can perform to spec as originally designed. Rock on and glad to see a business keeping vintage gear around for the next generations to enjoy!”

“BEST place to purchase pillows! I wanted a new fresh summer look in my master bedroom and these black & white jungle print pillows are perfect. They are crisp looking, soft to touch and good quality....AND they were on sale!!! The black Inala toss pillows behind were also on sale and frame the jungle print nicely. A total look with the Arden duvet set I already own. The staff at this store are SO helpful too, pulling stock and helping lay out ideas...I am a very happy (repeat) customer!!!”

Not the end of the world, but pretty mickey mouse to not just set up their billing system to not accept orders to certain locations over having to accept all and cancel later. Based on the other reviews I'm seeing, maybe I'm better off not having my order go through.”
