“Very friendly and welcoming staff. I had a particularly interesting conversation regarding home automation and smart lighting integration with an extremely knowledgeable member of staff. Unfortunately I was unable to audition a couple of headphones due to difficulties setting up a suitable source (though the staff made considerable effort to do so which I appreciate). I'd just dropped in while on a cruise and had not called ahead to book this, so this was understandable. I would advise calling and booking in advance any specific audition you'd like to set up, as demo equipment/space is limited. I'm sure they'll be able to accommodate you if you do.”

It was quiet so not as if they were busy, very blunt and rude. I changed my mind on the colour but they have lost a very large purchase as I am doing the whole house out 😡😡”

“We visited the market when my daughter visited from London. Always lots to see and potentially buy in Greatie Market. We bumped into a lovely market trader (black lady) Leticia who was selling shea butter organic face and body products in the indoor market area. She was so lovely helpful, and we supported her business by purchasing a few things. A negative side was an Indian man trader told my daughter she wouldn't be able to afford his items! Rude as hell, and if that's how he speaks to potential customers, he can keep his products. Many stall holders were not that friendly toward us when we walked up to their stall.. in fact some complelty ignored us. I'm not sure if it's a cultural / diverse issue, but I don't think I'll be going back there again. Shame really, especially as I've lived in Liverpool for the last 5 years.”

“Came on the 28th December 2023 , as soon as we arrived we were approached by a staff member asking what are we here to look for and do we need help ! We politely said we are browsing.....literally 10 seconds another member of staff approached asking the same then again then again!! Extremely frustrating when your trying to look and having pushy sales people suggesting you need to sit down and talk through what it is you want ! If people need you they will ask , me and the husband came home and ordered online and paid the extra £100 for delivery ,just so we didn't have to deal with annoying sales people . DFS need to do better stop harassing people it's not what customers like I get they are on commission but if that's the case don't have so many at one time in the store all fighting for a sale .”
