“Truly wish I could rate this place better, the sales staff and customer service were nice but do not buy here. Purchased sofa 8/21, sales experience was great was in an out in under 30 min. Delivery set for 8/24, incorrect items arrive and was told by customer service that part of the sofa (right chaise) is no longer available. After speaking with a manager I asked if they can replace with a similar new sofa/model, instead I received a call that they found an available piece (right chaise) in the warehouse. New delivery date set for 8/26. I wish the delivery had been easy, the back paneling of the piece (right chaise) they found arrived broken. The sofa pieces don’t align and the delivery workers did not mention anything, it’s concerning as the debris and broken panel can be felt/heard. Doesn’t feel safe to use long term, will be purchasing elsewhere…. the quality of the furniture here is minimal.”
