Georgia arrived with her friendly, professional attitude and calmly dismantled and repaired a complex lock another locksmith business advised was ceased that only caravan repairers could fix. Very well done Georgia, she went beyond expectations with service and repair. I will in future request this young Lady for any of my or my family’s security repairs/maintenance and highly recommend this company I am very impressed with the work completed, her professional conduct and skills.”

“Zara was amazing at pick up very helpful. However on return we arrived earlier than the opening time and Gavin was in the store he wouldn’t open the gate for us to untie and unload the cement mixer. He came to the gate to let the employees in and ignored us at the gate. He didn’t acknowledge us that we were at the gate would have been appreciated. Really bad customer service. He obviously doesn’t want to be in this job because of his attitude towards customers. Personally if that was my business I wouldn’t have this guy working for me.”

“Very disappointed with my visit yesterday. I went in with exactly what I needed and was met with extreme sexist comments. So as I walked into the door the boys behind the counter started cat calling and calling dibs on who got to serve me. Mind you I was wearing simple jeans and a hoodie. I went to the counter and all the workers came to the same checkout and were pushing eachother while say oo oooh. I then asked what I wanted and they were saying “are you sure?” “Do you even know how long that is?” Those stupid comments. I left and was so disgusted and actually quite scared. Not happy”
