“I have been a customer of Natural Resources for the past six years now. They initially serviced my business, and as it grew, they expanded their services to my home and yard. I trust them with my home and my family's health. I have not had any adverse reactions to their natural formula, and neither has my cat. I cannot imagine using another company that mass-produces chemicals. As long as I'm in Miami, I will only use Natural Resources. I appreciate how they can accommodate my schedule and even provide home services when I am not able to be at home. Their employees are loyal, courteous, and professional. Thank you.”

“I was a loyal automatic customer for 10+ years. I called to get a delivery because we ran out of oil. I logged in to my account and to my surprise we were behind on our payments for a few months. I wasn't notified at all so I had no clue. So while logged in I paid the total outstanding balance and called for a delivery. That's when I found out that I had been grossly over paying constantly for years. The asked me to pay $300 upfront to lock in at $5 bucks a gallon. The same day I got a quote from a full service oil company for $4.26.00 and a delivery the next day for $3.33.00. Do not lull yourself to sleep with this company they will creep into your wallet. Unfortunate”

“After a mishap with another plumber doing shoddy work and trying to nickel and dime us, we called All Clear. The superb service began with a phone conversation with Chris - she’s informative and has a great sense of humor. Within 35 minutes of the call, Jacob arrived. He was personable, knowledgeable about his craft, HONEST, and explained everything he did [and what the previous plumber didn’t] in detail. The price was also very reasonable. After the service was completed, we received a follow-up call from Chris to ensure we were satisfied - which we were. Needless to say, we will be using All Clear exclusively in the future and plan on requesting Jacob for any future jobs. Thanks for saving the day!!”

“Not happy with our experience with Brideau. Our tenants had them come fill up their oil tank, the driver told them they needed a prime (they didn't), then charged them $50 for it. He spent 15 minutes inside and less than an hour after he left the unit stopped working (mind you, it had been running fine for weeks and had been serviced & updated this past spring after winter use). To recap: unit was just serviced and was working fine, Brideau comes into our house and less than an hour later it stops working, Brideau claims they did nothing wrong. At the end of the day the company charged us over $350 and took no responsibility for anything.”

“Avoid the new owners of Ehrlich they are super sleazy. Had a one-time service for yellow jackets in August 2023. They signed me up for monthly recurring service on my credit card without consent. They were friendly enough to credit one of the two unauthorized charges but have not provided the second. Since calling them ended me in a loop from hell of no one willing or able to help, I complained to credit card company to investigate. Since then, I now get routine daily robocalls from their accounts receivable department telling me to call them. After advising their AR department that I have never requested monthly service nor authorized any charges other than the one-time service, I have required them to add me to do not call list. It’s a shame they used to be a great regional service.”

“I have been using Pioneer Air for several years without a problem, until I had a check up on my unit. Zach came and said there is an airflow problem on this unit and that they would have to do duct work and add two vents so the unit would not fail. I did not have a reason not to trust the information and did not get a second opinion. We chose the less expensive repair option for 6000. The work was never completed. After several calls to Pioneer, I finally got an invoice for the proposed work. Ninety percent of the list was never completed. I finally set up an appointment with the owner Leo. He couldn't explain the invoice and asked what he could do to "make it right". He said he would extend our labor warranty and give us a refund for the 6000.00. He would recharge us for the work provided and include a duct cleaning for 1300.00. To this day we have still not received our money back and he will no longer return our calls. The office no longer exists as they are in the middle of "moving". I have since read several reviews on YELP of the same scam being done to other people. Included is a picture of my 6000.00 vent. STAY AWAY FROM PIONEER AIR.... FAR AWAY”

There was some bad info on the sales floor and they took the opportunity to reset expectations with the staff. Truly caring about your customer experience will always win in my book. Thank you for listening and taking action to make this right! I will be coming back 😁 A+ They don't stand behind their products. If you get a bad vape or poor quality product they will blame it on you and say they are just a reseller, the risk is on you. Decent pricing but buyer beware, lots of other options locally that stand behind their products sold. For such a diluted market you think they would understand the impact to people getting bad products and make it good, I spent 15 mins talking with a manager who basically said too bad buddy, I won't be going back and will be sharing this feedback broadly. Not how you treat loyal customers. Check out cana provisions next door, insa, or neta, all stand behind their products without making you feel bad for receiving a poor quality item. .”

“Termio has great customer service and are very professional. I got termite baiting stations installed around my house and they came up to replace a broken cover twice, free of charge, with no complaint. I also spoke to a tech when he examined my house for termites and he was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. The only reasons I did not give this company 5 stars is that I did not receive a call, text, email, or any notification of when my tech was on the way (I scheduled an appointment with a 4-hour window) and the fact that all of the service reports I have gotten after my appointments do not have my signature on it (it appears to be an automatically input signature or something like that). Other than those minor things, I highly recommend this company.”

Same day I called they came out, next day they installed a brand new furnace (literally within 26 hours of my initial call) after going through what was wrong and what it would take to fix. Aside from these guys being the most competitive on pricing, they’re also some of the most honest contractors I’ve ever met.
