“Eco shield pest solutions is the worst company! Their customer service is awful. Very unaccommodating. Their bimonthly service sends people out that won’t go in the back yard with dogs when no one is home. But their annual inspectors will go in the back yard with dogs. They send you a notification that they are scheduling you to come out and due the annual inspection and if you need to reschedule call their number. The supervisor gets on the phone and states that this service can’t be rescheduled. I just cancelled their service. Don’t use these guys. HORRIBLE”

“The team at Attic Projects were unbelievable. Less than 24 hours I had Paul in my home providing me an estimate and now my entire crawl space has been cleaned out, secured from rodents, and sanitized. On top of that a brand new hand built crawl space door. I literally did not have a door this morning and this afternoon…I have a door, thanks to the incredible craftsmanship of Chris! (See picture). Alex and Richard spent the entire day under the very small crawlspace of the house and absolutely went above and beyond. Not only did they do what I expected but provided me with critical feedback about things that didn’t come up in the original estimation as well as recommendations for future projects that I should consider based on their findings. This crew, Alex, Richard and Chris worked incredibly well together and made this project happen with the complete professionalism and incredible service. “Roof and material looked nice . It was done in a day . Only issue is the cleanliness. They left a lot of left over sheathing and shingles in my attic . All over my insulation. I asked them at the beginning of the day to make sure it gets cleaned up . They said they are good with that . Of coarse when i check the next day , it was disgusting . I reached out to manager and i had got no response . You pay triple the amount for a quick job and a terrible clean up . Now i have to finish the job . Thanks ..”

“Amazing company with free inspections. I was afraid because I saw small cracks in my walls along the drywall tape seams and windows so I called CenTex. They came out the same week and inspected my house. I was pleased when they said it was very level (within half an inch) and I was experiencing settling to be expected with a newer (less than 1 year old) house build. The technician was very courteous, even calling to make sure he could arrive before his scheduled time, which worked great for me. The whole inspection on my small home took about 15 minutes and had results ready immediately. It is very generous of them to not charge for the inspection, even if no repair work was needed. I'll certainly be contacting CenTex if I ever have any concerns.”

Just moved to a new house and still familiarizing myself to the heating system in our house. I had trouble getting my heating system staying warm one day so, I ended up calling them. He came in right away to check my furnace and it was such a relief when he assured me everything is working and showed me how to reset my thermostat. I have been told they are short handed and Covid! My house has electrical problems, flooring issues, drywall cracks, water won’t drain in shower and my ceiling is has leaks and etc! Now I guess I will file a lawsuit against them for not fixing these problems after 2 years!”
