Jami made sure the job went smoothly! She was detail and safety oriented. All the way down to cleanup, every scrap and nail was cleaned up. Thanks Jami! My roof looks great!”

Window Washing Glass & Mirrors Home Inspectors

“I purchased 3 windows converting 2 windows into a picture window. And 2 small windows on each side. I have a HOA, and when the guy came out to do my estimate. I told him that I want grids in the windows. Which is required by my HOA. The guy ordered me clear glass windows and installed them about 6 weeks after purchase. I called the store to let them know that the windows that was installed wasn’t the correct windows that I purchased. About 4 weeks later, Penny Window came back out to install the new windows, only to find out that the windows still wasn’t the correct windows. I called back again and the guys at office told me that due to the holidays the owners was not available and that they would call me after. To this day no one has called me nor did they apologize for ordering and installing the wrong windows. Not to mention that the install guy came into my home to install on a rainy day and attempted to step his wet boots on my blonde color carpet. I had to offer him trash bags to cover his boots. I’m so unhappy and dissatisfied with the entire deal. I will never recommend this company.”
