“I rarely write reviews but I think this store is an example of how customer service should be As a person of Cypriot extraction I’m used to things done in a laissez-faire attitude on this island, it’s definitely not an place where you can get things done in a hurry if your on a renovation project in a limited time frame like I was. I’d been visiting Super Home Centre DIY store in Limassol for a long time but I found their staff lacking, i had thousands of pounds to spend but for the most part the staff were unfriendly, uninformed and didn’t seem that interested, it felt like they were doing me a favour by being in the store, they also had hardly anything in stock that they had on display. Then I discovered Mangas in Limassol what a breath of fresh air. I am not sure if it’s because the staff are generally more mature in age than the other store but I found them professional, ridiculously helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and will go that extra yard to help you but not pressure you to make a purchase, in fact they are better than any DIY store back in the UK, I actually enjoyed shopping in Mangas. Many stores in Cyprus and the UK could learn a lot from the staff and management team at Mangas they are a credit to the store”
