“I used ARS for a furnace tune up. This was the first time ever doing this as I’m a new homeowner. The office staff was great and got me an appointment same day! The tech that came out was super courteous, professional, and helpful. He expressed that he encourages people to watch him through the process so they know exactly what is going on and there are no surprises or mistrust, which I very much appreciated. He was honest about the age and shape my furnace was in and upfront about any cost if I needed to replace a part and that because of the age, it really wasn’t worth it. A few days later, my furnace started leaking and I panicked. Called them and someone came out next day. It turns out, the tech forgot to connect a hose back after the tune up. The tech that came out to fix the issue checked 3 times to make sure everything was back and working smoothly before he left and there was no charge to me since it was an error on their part! I was so relieved. People make mistakes, so it was not a big deal to me. I am just happy that they took responsibility for their mistake and corrected it so promptly. Both of the techs that came out were so helpful and answered all of the questions I had. I had a pleasant experience with not only the techs but also the office staff. Everyone was on time and efficient unlike other places that will make you wait all day. Would 100% recommend them and am going to continue using ARS in the future!”

“I had an emergency and was trying to quickly help my elderly mother and father-in-law with a toilet swap. Theirs had broken and I was searching nearby for a decent replacement toilet. I was able to get a hold of someone on the phone at Stanley's Hardware who let me know they had some nice in-stock items. I quickly drove to this location in a heavy downpour, frustrated from my failed attempts to fix the existing toilet, and was greeted by Ernie. Let me tell you, Ernie was THE ANSWER. This gentleman listened intently, took the time to show me the models that they had on display and installed in the men's bathroom, and explained the functionality of each. I settled on a Delta model and was afraid of just grabbing the box and driving it back, in this storm that was happening, and finding out that something was broken, which often happens with these products. Ernie calmly unpacked the components with me right on the sales floor, and then subsequently wrapped everything back up neatly, grabbed me a cart for the toilet, waited for me to check out at the register, and walked with me in the rain to my car to help me load the toilet into the back. His kindness will always be remembered and I will not hesitate to patronize this store b/c of that wonderful experience I had a few weeks ago before the holidays. I will also go on to say that everyone in the store was polite and patient...something that has somehow been lost in most retail environments in the past several years. 5 Stars is not enough for this commendation. Excellent job, Ernie and Staff at Stanley's Hardware!!!! See you all again soon!”

“Went to the home depot yesterday, even had an appointment with their kitchen staff. Not one single person helped me, when I asked an employee if they could help me they said "depends." I have been to this do it best, probably, every day this last week and do not have a hard time finding an employee willing to help, most of them just acknowledge me as I walk around and ask if they can help me. While, the prices are higher than the big box stores, I am definitely happy to shop here because I feel valued as a customer AND I'm not wasting my time searching for products w/o assistance. The ambridge do it best has earned a loyal customer! Edit: I am also obsessed with all the "wanted" posters around the store of people that have shop lifted! Even had an in depth convo with an employee about how one woman looked so different in each of her photos that I did not think they were the same person! Also, pickles are incredible here (same brand the taphouse uses for their fried pickles!) And I got some of THEE BEST smoked salt here! Love that I can just buy products from other local small businesses while I am here!”

“We recently had our furniture cleaned by The Rug Beater. It was the first time we had used this company, but we had heard good reports about them from friends. Sam arrived on time, and soon had his equipment set up. (Being in a second-floor apartment was no problem.) Sam did an excellent job for us, and we appreciated his friendly professionalism and hard work. After a couple of hours he was finished. He explained that it would take a little while for our furniture to dry properly. Now, a few weeks later, we are delighted with Sam's good work. The furniture looks much better, and it just feels clean. Many thanks to The Rug Beater, and especially to Sam! “Great experience from the first time they came out for an estimate. Take the time to answer your questions and are not pushy. Work with your timeline and the roof crew was amazing in their completion of the project as well as the clean up and all around respect they gave our property. We have alot of landscaping and nothing was damaged. Kevin was very respectful of any concerns along the way leaving us feel we were in good hands. Their whole process if pretty amazing to watch. Real professional honest company with good quality work which is definitely hard to come by these days. I will recommend them always.”

“Avoid the new owners of Ehrlich they are super sleazy. Had a one-time service for yellow jackets in August 2023. They signed me up for monthly recurring service on my credit card without consent. They were friendly enough to credit one of the two unauthorized charges but have not provided the second. Since calling them ended me in a loop from hell of no one willing or able to help, I complained to credit card company to investigate. Since then, I now get routine daily robocalls from their accounts receivable department telling me to call them. After advising their AR department that I have never requested monthly service nor authorized any charges other than the one-time service, I have required them to add me to do not call list. It’s a shame they used to be a great regional service.”

“We just love our new swing set. Paul, Stephen and Matt did an excellent job installing the set and they did it in no time. Super nice guys too! Crystal in sales was also super helpful as it took numerous emails and phone conversations for us to figure out what would work best for our yard. She made the whole process very simple. As far as the quality of the set, you can’t beat it. Our daughter can’t wait to come home from school everyday just so she can play on it. Worth the investment!”

“The plant selection at the Staffers of Kissel Hill Home & Garden store is one the best. The variety of beautiful plants will definitely take your breath away. Everything is nicely marked and laid out. The aisles are wide so you can navigate safely and not have to carry heavy plants. The plants are well taken care of, there were no plants or trees that we saw that were in need of attention. The staff is extremely friendly.”
