“I don't usually give negative reviews, but I'm going to tell you about my experience with this company, because despite the reviews it has (I decided on them after reading a lot) my experience has been BAD. I carried out the work on my house in July 2021 and replaced all the windows with them, a budget that amounted to quite a few thousand euros, at that time they did not meet delivery and installation dates, supposedly due to lack of raw materials. Once they came to do the installation (they were full windows from ceiling to floor and the house was left open, being a first floor) they did not finish it the same day because they arrived late. And the next day when they finished, I checked the work and ALL the windows were damaged. I attach images. They looked like SECOND HAND windows at a GOLD PRICE. However, I complained on numerous occasions, I spoke to many people, finally when the manager/owner/partner, Mr. Flores, came, he told me that all those defects would go away with a cleaning liquid, a statement that I consider a joke. Finally, they replaced the complete windows in September 2021, with the work on my house already finished, and we were already living there, they made several damages to the ceiling and walls, which they “solved”. I wanted to end that nightmare. Well the thing doesn't end. At that time, there was the RENOVE plan subsidy. The subsidy that corresponded to me amounts to an amount around €1,000, which to this day is still not in my account, because they submitted the documentation incorrectly the first time, and they also submitted it incorrectly when the administration informed them of the error. Finally my file was rejected, and they made a request for review since it had been an error on the part of Afandecor. To this day, two and a half years later, I still have the same headache, without nearly €1000 in my pocket, and having to constantly call Roberto, Juanjo and on occasion David, in addition to having spoken with Other employees I don't remember names. They told me that if the request was not finally resolved by the administration, they would be responsible for said amount of money, and to this day I AM STILL WAITING. Patience has a limit. I do not recommend this company, it has been a tedious process and sadly an experience, as I have mentioned, UNFASTENING.”

“The company provided us with the quote the same day we contacted them. The treatment is very pleasant and professional. We are very happy with the installation of the glass curtain. Both the materials and the mechanism are of excellent quality, very easy to manipulate. Gor carried out the installation with another colleague and they were very efficient as well as organized and professional. In two days they are finished. Without a doubt, we will enclose the rest of the terraces with VidrioSystem. The photos are taken with the curtain newly installed.”
