“Thank you Allens Plumbing! JP was our plumber and he was kind, attentive, and professional. I could not ask for better. The pricing was a bit steep. We had a blocked line and it cost close to $700.00 dollars to remove a toilet and run a snake. Having the big price for an off hours call was beyond what I consider appropriate. I was happy with the call people, the dispatcher and the plumber. All worked well and we are having more service.”

The installers Ron, CJ, and Billy did a good with the wood trimming that needed to be put on to support the garage door system. Ron was very thorough in explaining how all the electronics work to operate the door. Also thanks to Breinstein for the initial consultation. Overall these guys work hard and quick.”

“I came in two weeks before my due date to find a rocker for our nursery & Ajay was phenomenal! It took a couple of visits, but Ajay helped me find the perfect chair that met every single one of my needs. He was extremely kind, patient, and knowledgeable. I know working with a heavily pregnant lady couldn't have been easy, but he knocked it out of the park. It was hard for me to walk around, so I was really dreading shopping for a chair, especially getting up & down so many times, but he made the entire process very enjoyable. We laughed a lot. Not once did I feel pressured into looking at certain ones, to make a quick decision, or to exceed my budget. He was very mindful of my deadline & did a wonderful job of quickly checking & gently making sure I knew if a chair had a delivery date that was too far out for my need. In the end it worked out perfectly & I have the perfect rocker for my little one. I was pleasantly surprised with the selection of displays they had available for me to try, & the quality, but it was definitely the service that will make me come back. If you go in, be sure to ask for Ajay!”

“I was very happy and impressed with the removal of a built in Subzero refrigerator. Victor, Andrebb, and Lance were so nice; and pleasant to work with. I really appreciated how Victor and Andrebb explained and showed me the different components as they dismantled it, so I could relay info to the owners of this property. They were very efficient, and completed everything with 1-1/2 hours, even with the difficulty of getting the old refrigerator and the new refrigerator through the narrow doorway. They also explained some features of the new refrigerator, and reminder to dispose of the first batch of ice. I thought that was really nice of them, and felt they went beyond. Hawaii Unified is blessed to have great employees like them. Thank you for your hard work!!”

“Your classic old fashioned American hardware store. The mini plastic bucket 🪣 was cute but the quality is weak. Not a sturdy 2 gallon bucket. Garden area is really nice. Thankful for the volunteer watering person. Sometimes crazy bent people come through and the workers do not deserve that. They need to be recognized more for the stuff they have to deal with. But those who act that way just need to grow up too. There is a key station if you need to make copies of your keys. When I went there was a buy 2 get 1 free deal. Workers are helpful I think if you need them. They're just busy and hardworking.”
