“I love to weld and fab things from metal and I've purchased thousands of dollars of steel products from here and Metalmart has significantly deteriorated over the years. They have become extremely slow to fill orders and way overpriced. They have a monopoly on local steel products and they act like it with their pricing and service. I was there over an hour to get two lengths of steel tube! Then they wouldn't let me quickly cut it right at my truck so it would fit since I wasn't going to pay $16 more for two cuts on each piece that took me literally 20 seconds per cut. They made me walk the 24 foot steel tube out to the sidewalk to make my four cuts. "For liability reasons." what a joke.”

He is a perfectionist and makes sure the job is done correctly and completely! That is a hard quality to find in employees now days! You need to make his exceptional skills, and customer service manners, worth his time and keep him around!! He is more concerned about the customers satisfaction and doing it right than he is "over pricing" his skills! You will never find anyone better at the job, or a kinder gentleman, that will come into your customers homes and let them feel like they have an honest, hardworking, friend, (willing to do his best no matter how long it takes.)
