“Charles Hutchins does great business, friendly, upfront, and very helpful! Went in for pricing a few months ago accidentally dropped my wallet and didn’t realize it until later that day. Charles found it and went out of his way to return it after business hours!!! Told him I would be back once I got my site ready! Long story short his team started installing my building (24x30x14 with 8ft lean to) on Tuesday, at 6:45am they worked through the rain until 9:30pm came back on Wednesday morning 7am and finished by 11:30 they cleaned up the area and were on their way! Highly recommend if you’re in the market!”

“I called Steve's when my AC stopped working. Technician Jeff came out on short notice and confirmed the system had died. Freon had leaked out and that type of freon was no longer available. System was about 25 years old so I was expecting it to die soon. Next day Brent came out, again on short notice. We discussed options for replacing my system. No pressure to 'up sell' or make a purchase. Both Jeff and Brent respected my time, answered any questions I had and did not try to pressure me into a sale. Just gave information and allowed me to make my own decisions.”
