“this place is a complete and total RIPOFF!!!!!!. i called in to pay my bill and because i was one day past the 30th day i had to pay 2 months of rent because they do not give the option to pay any past due rent/late fee then they do not allow you to pay online you have to go in person or call and then on top of the 20% late fee for one month they also charge 10 dollars to make a payment over the phone. DO NOT PUT YOU BELONGINGS HERE. because they make it where if you do not pay on time they fine the heck out of you. this place is a total ripoff. and they make it really hard for people struggling in this economy. On a bright note the one and only really nice and sincere employee they have is Mrs.Visa. she really tried to help but corporate will not budge at all.”
