“Another fabulous garden center! Excellent selection of both indoor and outdoor plants. Unique to this location was the pollinator path which educates and encourages outdoor plants that support bees and butterflies. I rent a townhouse but ended up building a fabulous outdoor garden for our pollinating friends. Huge selection with very informative signage. All the plants looked really healthy and prices were far lower than most of the other centers I have visited lately.”

“Midwest Roofing provided a great experience replacing my roof. There communication skills were top notch. At one point there were two supervisors Jami and Mike and my sales guy Andrew, on site. Jami made sure the job went smoothly! She was detail and safety oriented. All the way down to cleanup, every scrap and nail was cleaned up. Thanks Jami! My roof looks great!”

“Bought a washer and it was never delivered. Date of delivery was 15 Dec 2023. I was giving a 4-hour window. That 4 hour windows came and no delivery. Called customer service to check the status on my order and I was assured that it will be delivered 2 hours past my window. I was willing to wait, 2 hours passed still no delivery. Called customer service again for an update and they tell me it has been rescheduled for 21 December 2023. Now you see my frustration I waited from 2 PM to 8 PM for my delivery and it never came. I lost my work wage because I took off half a day for this delivery. The delivery company never called communicate with me. So I cancelled my order. Home Depot outsourcing delivery is a joke. There’s no accountability on the delivery company. I should have been reimbursed for my lost time.”

“I received mosquito treatment and I will say, I was rather disappointed. I would stay away from this company (or maybe this location?). Yes, they have great reviews but one would expect an effort to eradicate a failure to achieve what they claim to do. If that effort proves futile and ineffective, compensation (84.99 per treatment every 3 weeks seems a bit much) or further action should be take. This is the case in any line of work. In that regard, they fall well short. They have offered to do an additional “complimentary service” (something they already did unsuccessfully), so let’s see how that goes.”

“I was very disappointed during a recent interaction with the staff regarding a rental of the carpet/upholstery cleaning machine for a quick fall clean up of our high traffic areas. I arrived at Menards to rent the machine and purchased a bottle of cleaner. Once arriving at our place of business I noticed there were no hoses for the machine to clean upholstery. Also there was a rather large amount of hair in the rollers.No biggie. I spent about a half hour removing the hair and made light work and accomplished the task. Upon returning the machine I was about 45 minutes late. They proceeded to tell us it wasnt returned on time and charged us another days rental and charging additional $20 cleaning fee when it was spotless. The asst manager was very rude and made us feel dirty.. So we paid double. We asked to speak to Gary but they refused. We filled our propane today, all 8 of them but we didn't use Menards. As business owners we won't be treated that way and will be taking our business elsewhere moving forward.”

“This store has a large selection of items, although their prices seem to be higher than elsewhere. I took some paint in to have it shaken in the machine, which I was thankful they were willing to do since I brought my own in. The young boy who helped me shook the first two cans with no issue, but on the last one he opened the protective cover to the machine while it was still shaking (maybe he was impatient, maybe he thought it was done, I don't know) and the paint handle had punctured the side of the can and paint sprayed all over the place, including all over my brand new jeans (I budget strictly and had just purchased these jeans, needing them to last quite awhile). I fully accept that accidents happen, but what I will say is this: he made zero acknowledgement that his customer now had paint all over her, or that he made a mistake by opening the lid too soon. He wouldn't look me in the eye, wouldn't talk to me, just wiped the can off and put it in a bag ( upon my request) and then in a box. He requested a paint clean up, conversed with his coworker and made mention that was his third paint spill that week, something they then laughed about while I stood there covered in paint. An apology would have been nice. Anything but ignoring me like it was somehow my fault would have been appropriate. I was disappointed in how he handled the situation and this will affect whether I return to this store for future business.”
